Buitenplaats de Zuydsehoeve is a beautiful 10-person accommodation. The farm is divided into 't Voorhuys and 't achterhuis where the owners live. The farm is located on the edge of the forest and the recreational lake 't Schaartven, where you can swim in the back meadow (free of charge). The farm has recently been luxuriously renovated with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious garden has an XL hot tub (1x wood included, extra wood is available for a fee), fireplace, barbecue and parking.

You can watch the birds of the area and discover new species again and again. Unobserved by views in the middle of 5000 square meters, relax in the sauna, lie in the sun and simply be. In the evening, at the lake, on my favorite bench, a glass of wine and then the sun sets spectacularly. So a nice day of vacation can come to an end for them

Original room by the lake

Original, cozy room built 30 years ago as a party room and has been used as a living area for 20 years. With your own entrance in the souterrain of our guesthouse directly on the Xanten South Sea. Bed linen and towels are of course included. You are welcome to eat yourself in our garden kitchen. Breakfast bar, fridge, coffee maker in the room. Unfortunately little light, therefore especially suitable for inexpensive overnight stays for undemanding people.

Hip cottage in nature on water

A sleek and modern furnished cottage, quite lying in a grove on the edge of a young nature reserve. Completely furnished with 135 square meters less is more. Safe abrasion against the floodplains of the Maas River which are part of the Maaspark Ooijen Wanssum nature reserve, the largest contiguous area with Maasnatuur in North Limburg. Despite the two bedrooms, the cottage is intended for up to 2 people. The second bedroom serves as a storage space.

The apartment is in the center of Flüren, 100 m from the market square and 200 m from the dike and the Auesee. From here you can explore the Diersfordter Wald, the Auesee and much more on foot or by bike (5-10 min.). The beach is free and can be reached in 2.5 km by bike. There is also the new mini golf course, the marina and the airport (round trips). The Ruhr area, for example the Centro in Oberhausen is only 30 minutes away by car.
