Welcome! Spacious apartment for 2 people in the new development area in the immediate vicinity of the Xanten water ski facility/ high ropes course and beach. (approx. 200 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and is not barrier-free. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery cart. Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.

The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

Welcome to our "Kleiner Marstall" vacation apartment - located within the historic city walls of Xanten. In the former horse stable of the late Baroque judge's house, you will find a successful mixture of stylish antiques and modern comfort (box spring bed, underfloor heating, rain shower, etc.) on 40 square meters. One child in the parents' bed possible, baby bed on request. Numerous restaurants and attractions (South Sea, APX, cathedral, museums...) are within easy walking distance. See you soon!

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Unser Tiny House liegt direkt an der Xantener Nordsee, angrenzend zum Naturschutzgebiet. Vom Grundstück seid ihr sofort am See bzw. an der anderen Seite direkt am Rhein. Ihr teilt euch die großen Wiesen mit einigen Bienenvölkern, Eichhörnchen, Igeln, Kanninchen und unserer Eule. Im Sommer könnt ihr Pflaumen, Äpfel u. Birnen direkt von den Bäumen pflücken, Kräuter aus den Beeten probieren u. im Herbst könnt ihr Walnüsse verzehren. Wir stellen euch einen Grill u. eine Feuertonne zur Verfügung.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Due to the central location of the property in downtown Xanten, you can easily walk to all popular sights, restaurants and shops. The famous Archaeological Park and the beautiful Xanten harbor are a 15-minute walk away. Entertainment is provided by Netflix, Amazon Prime and Wi-Fi.

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Enjoy a lovely stay at this quiet and centrally located accommodation. In beautiful Xanten you will live on your own floor in our beautiful house. For this, you use the front entrance and are therefore undisturbed. The apartment has a nice bedroom, a kitchen-living room for cooking and relaxing, and a bathroom for sole and private use. Also in the house is our Roman Terra Sigillata pottery and ceramics workshop.
