Our apartment is a licensed short-term rental apartment registered with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It is an 8-minute walk to the Minibus Station in Central Bodrum. In addition, the Bodrum Marina, the Kos and Datça Ferry Terminals, and restaurants are within walking distance. By law, we are required to register the ID and passport information of all guests who will stay in or visit the apartment in the Police Department's Identification Notification System. In addition, the apartment entrance is monitored by a 24-hour security camera.

Transportation from Turgutreis to other towns of Bodrum is easy and close. You can easily visit all of Bodrum.

They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.
