There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

We are located in Bitez and we are only 3 minutes walk away from Bitez sea side ( 150mt). You can find many sport activities, boat trip rentals, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Bitez. We have strong wifi which helps home office working guests a lot. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can ask for kitchenware set free from the reception.
