Wine Country Farmhouse

VernonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Eric’s place was perfect for our family! The bunk beds were a big hit for our 3 kids as the bottom bunk was a full mattress so two of them were able to sleep together and the top was a twin, perfect for our 3rd kiddo. The yard and landscape around the house is absolutely beautiful! The kids played out back and loved being able to walk a short distance and down the private road to feed and watch the cows graze. Overall a very nice little place and the owners were great to communicate with. Very easy to find and right off the highway but still very quiet!!

Klickitat Canyon Cabin

KatherineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My husband and I absolutely adored Klickitat Cabin. Before we even arrived Beda was excellent about communicating, and when we stepped inside we wanted to move in immediately (and wished we'd booked a few extra days there). The interior design is pitch perfect, from the colors of the pillows and linens and rugs to the art on the walls, but it's one of those places that's also as cozy and comfortable as it is stylish and chic (which I find to be rare). The kitchen had everything we needed; they more than provided for our little mini schnauzer with a bed and blankets and bowls; the views out the windows are beautiful; the beds were superbly comfortable, and the sound of the bugs was the perfect white noise. We had a great hike on Catherine Creek, too! Would absolutely recommend.

Mountain View Glamping Cabin

ShirleeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our time at Doug’s place was a joy. Charming and adequately supplied, with small touches showing he cares about his guests’ experience. Doug was available for guidance, and also allowed for a sense of seclusion. His recommendations for local fare and fun were spot on. We even made new friends at a nearby breakfast joint simply by mentioning his name. The view is better than the photos, with sunsets being particularly spectacular. This little hideaway is a glamping gem.

Peaceful Country Hidden Jem

NickiRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Yes, we booked because of the goats. City people love to gaze at animals and relax in natural surroundings that they are in no way responsible for. We picked The Farm because it was close to some birdwatching spots, wineries, and walking trails. We chose wisely, because Glenda's farm is awesome. We sat on our back porch and watched the long horned cows, goats, and guinnea fowl go by, and this farm tv was 5 star! We used the grill, drank wine, and watched the sun set. We did three hikes, went to a couple breweries (Outskirts and Bale Breakers), spotted some beautiful birds (Glenda helped us find Wenis Campgrounds for that), and had a 3 day vacation with zero adversity. The kitchen had oil (which we forgot to buy), and coffee and sugar. The shower pressure was excellent, but the goat puns were even better. The area has a lot to offer, and the house was a comfortable place to unwind between adventures. Hopefully we will return for further exploration.
