Charming home with a lot of great locations near by!

The eight of us enjoyed our stay here very much. There was plenty of room for all of us! We could be all together or spread out in smaller groups or individually. The view is spectacular. The owners were out of town but a special shout-out to the farm manager who handled the few issues we had quickly and efficiently. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The house is slightly dated and could use a few updates here and there but mostly, we felt like royalty up there on top of the hill!

We had a great stay! The home was set up well for a family with young children. Especially since the yard is fenced in.

This was our third stay in this home with 3 kids aged preschool and younger, this time 5 days. We love how close (walkable) the place is to the best park in town. It’s an older house with lots of character. But it’s a great value. Would recommend and would stay again if in town.

Such a cute home! I personally loved the style, felt very at home and Craig was super friendly and accommodating. Will certainly come back for our next visit.

Thus place is a gem and Sherry is a super host for a reason. She was amazing, flexible, accommodating, but giving us a full privacy. I cannot recommend Thus magical house enough. If I will be in Yakima again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A very cute country home in Prosser. The ambience was that of an adorable antique shop and well kept “grandma’s” place, there were many thoughtful touches and amenities throughout. I was surprised and enjoyed fresh cut flowers in the living room. Very thorough in keeping the place and grounds clean. The neighborhood was quiet and picturesque, we enjoyed observing the farming activities all around. Feeling far in the country when there, it was actually quite close to the town. Highly recommend! It was hot during our stay and the only suggestion I would have is for an oscillating fan in the bedrooms otherwise everything was flawless (there were air conditioners bit I thought a regular fan would be sufficient). Thank you for a rejuvenating experience!

The stay at Tori’s home was wonderful! It was clean, modern, and comfortable. Tori responded fast with any questions I had. I wish I could have stayed there longer. I would recommend Tori’s home to anyone!

Our host, Dee was so nice! She waited up for us to arrive on our first night to ensure that we got first class welcome and gave us a tour. Our unit was clean and tastefully accommodated. The views were amazing and we were sad that we were only really at the property to sleep and shower. I look forward to returning to this property!

Our Bridmar Apt. #206 was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for our weekend getaway: quiet, super clean and comfy bed. Communication with Diane was easy and quick. Entry codes were provided in advance and entry was easy. Top tip: to use the elevator enter via the right door. When entering through the left door, there’s a lovely waft of clean herbal scents from the adjacent soap store. We were not cooking lavish meals so the provided kitchen equipment fit the bill and the apt-sized dishwasher was a nice perk! There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and we were comfortable walking at night. Parking was a little restrictive right in front of the building (be sure to read the signage) but we found convenient, free, parking a block away near the Franz Bakery. The only negative we have is the shower curtain liner should probably be replaced. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here and will absolutely keep it in mind for our next visit.

We were super happy to find Gaylene's place last-minute. Everything was great-comfy beds, very clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, air conditioning was essential this week and the laundry facilities were a nice bonus. Lots of extra touches were added to make this cute place feel like home. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to a concert at the gorge.

We had a little trouble finding the entrance and Ben was very responsive and helpful getting us pointed in the right direction. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the space and it was very comfortable and cozy. The shower had AMAZING water pressure and the temperature control was on the opposite side as the shower head which allowed for easy adjustment while the water was heating up, a very underrated amenity. You can really tell the attention to detail in this place. 10/10 highly recommend a stay at Ben’s place if you are looking in the Yakima area.

We loved how we could walk everywhere and enjoy the views of town from the large windows. We also got to take in the parade that happened that day from the comfort of our place.

Good 3 month stay. Angie was friendly and very responsive. I really appreciated the garage for the winter months. The bed was comfortable and there was a big closet. It is close to many restaurants.

This place is really amazing, the host is very responsive, the place is charismatically clean, had good bed/pillow to sleep, had all you basic things you will need during your stay. Walking distance to the grocery and resto, will surely recommend this place to our family and friends 😊

The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. You can really tell they care about making sure guests feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed at Nickey’s place for 4 nights for a work trip and could have stayed much longer here! I had everything I needed to make food. The condo’s decor is super fun and cheery and more highlights include the balcony view and access to the lake via dock for paddling. I had a dog with me, and he equally loved this place and sleeping in the sun spots and sniffing the breeze on the balcony. The weather got hot, so I was so happy to have a place with AC and had no problem staying cool inside, but also really enjoyed having screened windows and door to be able to let the air flow through the place when the temp carried a pleasant breeze. Super easy to hop on and off the highway from this location and grocery store was super close as well. The complex was very quiet, and it was easy to fall asleep. Condo is on 3rd floor, but easy to access from the parking lot and easy to find the correct door… you’ll see! :)

The condo was well equipped, especially with kitchenware and dishes, and had a spectacular view of the lake. The grill was handy too and we could eat outside. Jordan was super-responsive to all inquiries and provided useful advice. Unfortunately, we never got to try the hot tub because the temperature was in the 90s.

Roger and Karly were very responsive, helped accommodate all our needs promptly and without hesitation! We will definitely book this rental again next year!

⸻ 5 stars We had a fantastic stay at Shauna’s Ultra Comfort Condo in Richland! The 3-bedroom layout was perfect for our group, and the King Suite was a real highlight—spacious, beautifully decorated, and the soaking tub was such a relaxing bonus. Everything was spotless and clearly thoughtfully prepared. Check-in was smooth, communication with Shauna was easy, and the location was quiet yet convenient for everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, upscale stay in the west Richland area. We’d definitely stay again!

Tons of space. High ceilings and new construction. Beautiful view of the lake, especially from the upstairs balcony.

I will never attend another concert at the gorge without staying at one of these property's. It made the whole experience so great.
