It is a private building located in Geumbyeongsan Hill behind Kim Yu-jeong Munhak Village, where one team can fully enjoy the garden and accommodation per day. We provide 100% cotton linen and boiled towels filled with the smell of sunlight every time you wash. It is a bright accommodation with good sunlight through a large window. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basically for 2 adults, and additional bedding is provided for up to 4 people, and only up to 4 people including infants can enter. It is free of charge up to 2 years old (up to 24 months), and there is no extra bedding provided if it is free. You can see Samaksan Mountain, and if the weather is good, you can see a beautiful sunset full of red light. Breakfast is provided for a fee. (5,000 KRW/person, 3,000 KRW/person for elementary school or younger, other menus such as brunch are available for consecutive nights) Please order in advance if you wish. We do not provide BBQ service. Our accommodation does not have a kitchen, so you can't cook. You can use the microwave and coffee pot.

Dongchonjae, built in 1939, Officially certified as a traditional hanok by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Tourism Organization. Dongchonjae is a house opened by a retired couple It has been operating since October 2020. Guests have 4 rooms, a living room (large living room), a kitchen, 1 indoor shower room and 1 outdoor shower room, You can use spaces such as Numaru and the yard. We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.
