I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. This is the Hwangto Earth House Byeolmaru Pension located 3 minutes from Yangyang IC on the Seoul Yangyang Expressway. It is a traditional Korean house with a large yard with a lawn, a tree house, and an ondol. It is 15 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan Mountain and 10 minutes from the entrance of Osaek Seoraksan Mountain. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there is a barbecue facility in the garden. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surfing spots such as Mulchi and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest country house and see the stars that you can't usually see. The bedroom has 3 beds. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong smells, especially shrimp. You can dine at a table for 6 on the backyard deck. The entire building is divided into two sections, and can be separated by an intermediate chassis and used independently. As it is a little away from the city center, you can spend a quiet and peaceful time with your family, colleagues, and friends. It is located 10 minutes by car from Jukdo Beach, a major tourist destination, and 10 minutes from Jumunjin Seafood Market, so there will be no major problems considering the schedule or preparing the necessary items. It is 2 km from the accommodation to Namyangyang IC, and 100 m away from the East Coast National Highway No. 7 and the coastal road Haeparang Road, along which you can reach Nammae Port, one of the three major ports in Gangwon Province, and Jukdo, a surfing mecca. Also, the closest beach to the accommodation, Wonpore Beach, is 150 m away.
