With your own private patio with fire pit and BBQ, you can enjoy a relaxing stay only 25 minutes drive from York, located on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds and situated on the Way of the Roses. Your luxury pod has a spacious well equipped kitchen, en suite bathroom with large shower and central heating.

A Scandinavian style bungalow, set in a private 40 acre nature reserve, for 6-12 guests. The Woodland Garden, has a fantastic selection of mature Rhododendrons and azaleas extends to 1.5 acres, a fire pit with seating for 8-10, Two Decked areas, woodland pathway to access Allerthorpe Common. York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Family/ friends, Male or Female groups welcome. A max of 2 dogs which are chargable.
