Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Yarmouth County

The property was serene and relaxing. It was a much needed space to spend time with nature. The house was adorable. Linens were clean, blankets were cozy, temp works in the house. We plan to book again whenever we are back in the area.

Incredible property with jaw-dropping views. I loved watching the tides come in everyday and there's a lot of cool birds and wildlife. The area for feedback I have is that the mattresses are all really firm which made sleeping a little rough. I still rate the property 5 stars and think it's the perfect getaway accommodation for visitors of Acadia. Also the hot tub is nice after sore hiking muscles!

What a little piece of paradise! We loved everything about the yellow house by the water and will be back! The accommodations are beautiful and exceeded expectations and it is perfectly situated a few minutes from Digby on one side and less tgan half an hour from Annapolis Royal. As soon as we pulled up to the house, we could immediately see why Sue’s place is so well-reviewed. The surroundings are both peaceful and stunning - we saw a deer in the back yard when we arrived, saw an otter playing in the water on our last night, and spotted many other birds out the back in between! I have never stayed at a more well-stocked Airbnb. We love to cook when we travel, and every time I looked for a gadget or kitchen item, I easily found it. Any time I couldn’t find something, I knew that it had to be there and that I was just looking in the wrong spot, and that was always the case. Although it is a bit of a haul from some of the popular spots on Mt. Desert Island, the setting and privacy was well worth the drive. There is also plenty to do nearby, including Tidal Falls Preserve just down the road! We were so sad to leave at the end of our stay and hope we have the chance to stay here again in the future.

This place is wonderful! It was such a relief to arrive at a kitchen that was well equipped, and stocked with basic spices. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Eric‘s place was located in the woods. It was very nice communication with Eric was great. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Bar Harbor.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming off the path home. Plenty of room, clean comfort and a hostess that leaves food in the fridge and coffees on the counter. Nice porch for relaxing before the deer flies hit.

Relaxing, quiet spot to stay while visiting the attractions in and around Acadia National Park, easy commute to reach the Bar Harbor area. Excellent info on things to do and see, places to eat. Perfect set up, everything needed to cook fresh lobster is provided. Yes, the water is ‘hot’ BUT ample posted warnings about the hotness! To top it off, easy to find and the pricing is amazing compared to other rentals in the area!

The place is absolutely beautiful. The host is so thoughtful and pays attention to all details. We had a lot of fun here and would stay here again.

My Wife and I stayed for 3 nights, what a beautiful scene to wake up to each morning. The Machias River attracts so much wildlife ( Bald Eagles, Osprey, seals, deer and lots of geese that made the Inn a landing strip) and we got to see that every day. Area restaurants are very good as well. We look forward to going back again next year.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful time. The place was very very clean and had everything we were looking for. Beautiful view of the lake and peaceful surroundings. A very easy drive to Acadia and surrounding areas. Host was very responsive and welcoming. This was my first Airbnb and it was a fantastic experience.

The experience left nothing to be desired as we were looking for a remote spot and a place comfortable and spacious enough to stay inside during bad weather and Jeff’s place checked the boxes. We were the only ones in the 2 unit home. The view is very pretty and the wildlife is plentiful. The access to the water is down a dirt embankment which leads to mud flats at low tide. Beware of the tides if you can get the kayaks down there.

Creekside was a lovely place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again.

We booked to stay in Shelburne over Christmas as our daughter is doing an internship there .We were very pleased with accommodations , very modern and clean . Jerry was very responsive to all communication . I would highly recommend staying here and certainly will book again for our next visit .

A great place in a fabulous location, right in the heart of Bar Harbor. The place easily accommodated us (family of 5 + dog), check in was clear and easy, and was exactly as described. There is a bit of noise from the bar nearby at night around their closing time, but it's a small price to pay for a great unit in a perfect location. There's also access to the nearby resort, including breakfast, pool, and fire pit, all overlooking the ocean. Would totally return to this unit on another trip to Acadia!

Loved this spot. If you enjoy a cozy rustic cabin (with electricrity and plumbing) with a view of the water then this is perfect. I plan on staying again if I'm back out this way.

We had such an amazing stay at the Little G! The cottage was absolutely perfect: squeaky clean, peaceful, cozy/comfy, and had ALL the essentials. Terri & Tim truly thought of everything! Each time we opened another drawer or cabinet, we were surprised to find things we didn't even know we needed! We really enjoyed the tub for two and even the refreshing outdoor shower. Though it stayed in the 40s & 50s for our stay (brrrr), the shower was plenty hot! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Allana’s place was great, just as she described it. The only thing is it would have been nice to have curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was perfect.

Just what we wanted, a quiet place. Deer in yard every morning . No traffic noise. Apple trees and lilac in bloom. Close to all the places we chose to go. Very nice quiet place to go.

This property is amazing! It was so peaceful sitting on the deck enjoying our morning coffee or a glass of wine later in the day! 4 deer ran along the front of the property and we also had visits from rabbits and many songbirds. The cabin was very clean, comfortable beds and great shower. The amenities were excellent - we were not missing anything. Location is close to Annapolis Royal, Digby and Bear River and we popped in all of these towns. Would definitely recommend Jeff’s cabin and could see ourselves booking again! Thanks a lot Jeff!

Such a cozy cabin! So picturesque and perfect for a post-Acadia day. We cooked a homemade meal and made s’mores by the fire — would have also loved to kayak if we had more time too. Very lovely and quiet spot - would def recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in Clark's Harbour. So much to do and very serene. Jorge provided almost everything needed. The cottage was VERY comfortable. A great place to relax. We visited as much as we could from Yarmouth to Shelburne. Hawk Beach is just breathtaking. It is huge, clean, very few people, and the water was so blue! I have a passion for lighthouses so we visited as many as we could. My dog was very happy too. So glad Jorge's is pet friendly. Barrington has all the stores you need. Everyone was very friendly. We loved the wild life, deer in the yard, crows having their meeting on the fence posts, seagulls everywhere and beautiful great blue herons! We just loved this little place. One of my favourite things was the teeny tiny lamp on the window sill by the couch - it was so adorable. Thank you for the beautiful painted rock. It is now with my beach rocks around my lighthouse out front at home. To be able to see the bay out the front and the waves out back!

Kelly's cabin was a very quiet and peaceful place where we were able to enjoy the beach right on the property, watch the sunset and the changing water levels on the shore. The cabins are about a 45 minute drive from Acadia and Bar Harbor which are a must for a long or short vacation in Maine. Our cabin was simple but had everything we needed and Kelly was very responsive with any questions we had.
