Perfect for the travelling executive or couple, the carriage house is newly remodeled and offers the same little details you would want in your own home: Wi-Fi, 50” TV, SONOS Friendly, Keurig coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, comfortable queen size bed, 800 count bedding, washer/dryer, luggage stands, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The carriage house is perfectly situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood setting just 5 minutes from downtown Bellevue and Kirkland and 10 minutes from downtown Seattle (close to 520 bridge). This is a perfect get-away where you can relax and explore all the wonders of the beautiful Pacific Northwest — an ideal place to call home while you experience the culture and activities of Seattle. Less than 2 miles from Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square shopping centers, you are minutes from world class dining, shopping, entertainment, boating, hiking, skiing, and golfing. The carriage house is dedicated to hospitality: it is clean, spacious, and filled with the essentials. The kitchen is ready for the gourmet chef to cook and if cooking is not your passion there are many amazing restaurants that are just a couple of miles away. We live in the main house and will be happy to answer questions and to help make your visit perfect. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Izzy and Emmy's home in Kirkland was perfect for our needs. My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks while our home was finishing being built nearby. Izzy and Emmy's home is super clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's newly renovated and everything works well. The washer and dryer were a real bonus for us during our long stay. The shower has great pressure and endless hot water. The location absolutely can't be beat! You can get just about anywhere from their home in 10 to 20 minutes, including Seattle. There is some highway noise but with the windows closed at night it's pretty quiet. The mini-split heating/AC units worked very well too. Izzy was very quick to respond to all messages. The weather was beautiful and I asked about chairs for the deck, 20 minutes later Izzy kindly delivered them to our door! We would highly recommend this place as a great home base.

Amazing place to stay! Perfect location and had everything you could want in an Airbnb. The projector in the bedroom was great. Getting to meet the golden retriever was definitely a highlight! He will come right to the door and wait for you to come play with him. It was so sweet. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!

Craig was responsive, engaged and friendly. The accommodations were clean & well maintained, with attention paid to small details in bedroom and bathroom. There is sufficient space for 1-2 people to stay in the bedroom, with the private bathroom a few steps away from bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful, plus I felt quite safe even when walking back late at night from Link Light Rail (Roosevelt stop is about 18 mins). I would stay here again.
