Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ybor City, Tampa

Exactly as is in the photos. Spacious and super clean. Had everything we needed. Great spot for an event at the stadium.

The beekeeper and looked exactly like the pictures! This is an older home, but has been updated throughout. It’s very quaint and very cute. The outdoor space is wonderful with a huge table and chairs with a large umbrella and then a separate fire pit area with more chairs. On top of that, there is plenty of room for kids to play and for your dog to roam. Thank you for a wonderful Father’s Day weekend!

The Tampa Bungalow was so cozy! We enjoyed ourselves. The beds were super comfortable. I'm not from Florida so the heat was a bit much in June but the temperature inside the house was consistently perfect. We loved having a ceiling fan in every room too. This location is accessible to the airport and pretty much anywhere else you'd need to go. We chose this spot because it was halfway between family and the beaches. And the delivery options are limitless. It can be overwhelming! There's not much outdoor space but there is a cute porch swing and the neighborhood itself is very friendly to foot travelers. We saw people out walking every day (we would've done the same if it wasn't so hot!). Lastly, the hosts are proactive and responsive. Super nice folks. Thanks for taking care of us!

Nicest house on the block with many upgrades. We visited Busch Gardens and this location was very convenient. Slept 8 comfortably.

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

Dean was the perfect host and the house was clean and comfortable. The pool area was so enjoyable for my family and friends and the couch was so comfy and the perfect place to wind down. The open kitchen made it easy to cook and talk to those in the living room so we never felt left out of the conversation. Would highly recommend staying.

The house was perfect! Everything matched the description. Feels like your right at home.

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

The place is just like the pictures. Comfortable, cozy and practical 10/10.

This unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of spices, coffee and tea for use. Toilet paper and such was also in abundance. No shortcomings here at all. We would stay at this location again or any others under this management.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Mike is an incredible person. He was always available, ready to help us. The house is really nice, big, comfortable, good location. I totally recommend this place!

Tamara is Strong Queen that will communicate with you. She is a great host. I like the way she has her location decorated. Clear cut instructions that the majority of us should have had instilled in us since Elementary. Treat her castle as if it’s yours. I would lodge here whenever it’s available & I am in the area.
