The house was very cute & as described. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

My son and I had a great stay here during our trip to Tampa! The place was clean, unique, and surrounded by lots of beautiful plants in the yard — which I absolutely loved. It was easy to get to most places in the city by car, and having a private parking space was a huge plus. Just a heads-up: make sure to read the entry instructions carefully since the entrance is around the back of the main house. La Shawn was super helpful and even gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Tampa!

We had a really nice stay here! Probably my nicest AirBnb stay in quite some time. The location is perfect, and the space itself was even more spacious than we initially thought just from looking at the photos. I loved how big the kitchen was! The linens were super fresh and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The huge oak trees on the property are seriously gorgeous and the house has been so well renovated. It really did feel homey and not your typical cookie cutter AirBnb. I would 100% recommend staying here.

I loved the ease of booking and communicating, as well as the cleanliness of the house. The location is in a historic district of Seminole Heights and it was quite and easy access to restaurants and venues.I would book again

We really enjoyed our stay! It was extremely clean and well organized. All instructions were in a digital guidebook which we really found helpful. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

We had a great and relaxing week at this home. The pool was used day and night. Our dogs loved the yard. It was all clean and had everything we would need for the stay.

Great spot easily accessible to downtown while away from hustle and crowds. Beautiful neighborhood with a walking park along the river just a few blocks away. Backyard and indoor space provided a great environment for our wedding party to prepare, get dressed, take wonderful family photos--all before heading to the wedding venue. Plenty of bedroom space for overnight guests. WiFi was great (hugely important to me). Eric met us at the house to show us around, tell us about the place and how amenities worked, and point out where we should head to for eats and supplies. I don't use AirBnB often and based on this experience, I am most likely to use it more. Thank you!!

Dani’s place was great for my short trip to Tampa to visit some friends! She reached out to make sure I made it in okay and if I needed anything else. I do wish the patio had seating but other than everything was perfect. I will definitely book this place again.

Great little piece of pleasure and affordable! John and Abbey were more than accommodating for our needs and made every attempt possible to make us feel at home! I did not want to leave as this felt like our home away from home. Thank you again John and abbey. We will be visiting the new Airbnb soon ;)

We had a wonderful stay at Dayanna’s place— the space was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including three energetic kids (one of whom is a teen!). The decor had a fun (some may say "girly") flair and the covered pool and the huge selection of family games always provided something to do. The location was super convenient, with shops just a short drive away. We also made a day trip to Clearwater Beach, which was an easy 45-minute ride and totally worth it.

Great spot for a nice long weekend stay! Very close to USF and Busch gardens. Great pool, beautiful kitchen and the cigar box decor was so cool and leans into the ybor cigar city vibe! Easy check in, lovely outdoor area, and a fun game room!

Ryan’s place was great! The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed the muffins, orange juice, and beer that were provided upon arrival. Perfect location, being only about 15 mins from everything we wanted to do! We were able to go down to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach as well and it was only about 40 mins away! The pool and kayaks were also a plus and Ryan helped us get the kayaks out and ready for us to use!

Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

Beautiful place to day that looks exactly like the pictures. Walkable distance to the store or the trolley and a short drive to local attractions.

Stayed at this unit for a second time, I really enjoyed my time here. The place had all of the amenities you would need to make yourself feel at home whether you’re there for a short or long term visit, it’s also really comfortable. Additionally, whenever I had questions or requests, Ryan was very responsive and friendly in our interactions.

We had a great stay! The house was walkable to downtown Ybor. There was a lot to do in the area. The house was clean and beautiful!

Great place to stay near a lot of places

Christina was a super host and the property is ideal for visiting the Tampa area and beyond. Sited closely to the historic Ibor city with access to varied bars and restaurants. Also I’m walking distance of excellent transport links.

I did enjoy how close the place was to Ybor. You probably can’t get better for the money with pets. However the OTHER unit had direct access to the yard. We had to walk around and through a gate and the single mom next door was scared when my boyfriend walked through with our dogs. Maybe it should be an option to choose which apartment? Only really stay here if you want to go to Ybor; it’s not comfortable for long hours spent inside, but worth the money in my opinion since we were exploring the area. I would have even paid more for the unit with direct access to the yard since I had 2 dogs. A little misleading.

Nice stay for 1 night. People said it was unsafe to walk around at night. I could see why but felt safe

Good Location, great communication, prompt response, lots of games available. Overall great stay!
