Like some say, don't judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood is a little outdated, but very peaceful and quiet. Vanessa was a great host! Very responsive and she had clear instructions on her listing. The ambiance, cleanliness, peacefulness of her listing was spot on. Master king bed was so comfy; might be more comfy than my own bed! I appreciated Vanessa for leaving laundry detergent for my family and I to do laundry during our stay. And also for leaving a new sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. I would like to mention that the security at the pool does check your ID, so don't forget your ID when utilizing the neighborhood pool. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend :-)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! What a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything to have enjoyed our stay and time with family. We loved how clean the backyard and pool area was. The house was extremely clean and neat. The bedrooms had super comfortable beds and the linen was fresh and clean. Bathrooms had extras of everything so we wouldn't run out of necessary items. The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of gadgets we needed for cooking. Everyone that we communicated with from Emperor Rentals were super quick to respond and were willing to work with our inquiries. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and pleasant experience. We would most definitely come back again.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and cozy blankets. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We truly felt like we were in a home away from home. Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. A great updated house, in a great area, close to the bay, & lots of walkable areas to get to places. Our host Christy was very responsive and sent great instructions for check-in and check out. Definitely a house we would stay at again.

Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

Tom's place was perfect for our family. We especially loved the salt water pool and the pool table. Tom was very good at communicating everything clearly. He also has very friendly and helpful neighbors.

Denis's place was perfect for our stay! Super convenient to the fairgrounds, just seconds from the interstate. We enjoyed the private back yard each afternoon kept shaded and cool by the large tree. The house was comfortable and well appointed, with all the little things you might need when away from home. I look forward to staying here again!

This house was immaculate and very modern. It was easy to walk to Ybor city it took about 15 minutes, depending on your pace the neighborhood may look like a bad area but I walked at 1am a couple of times and it was fine. The neighborhood was actually quiet after 10-11pm. Sergio was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay again.

Very cool little historic house that is literally a 1 minute walk from right where you want to be on the main strip in Ybor. The house is full of historical trinkets scattered throughout the house that are very intriguing. It was a great stay.

We loved staying in Andrea’s place! My husband, 21 month old daughter, uncle and I felt right at home. Everything was exceptionally clean, great amenities (borrowed a pack n play!), and great neighborhood. Yes there are roosters in Ybor, but the sound machines really helped, and we barely heard the train. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

I had a great stay, definitely quiet! Would stay here again, was very close too where I needed too go and everywhere was 7-10 minutes away! Definitely recommend

Location was perfect if you are going to the stadium or Amalie Arena for shows. Short drive to a variety of restaraunts and shopping. Place is clean, in a quiet area, and secure.

Jessica is exceptional. She is so kind. Our stay was perfect because of her attentiveness and how cool this house is. If you like boring cookie cutter kinds of homes this is not the place for you. If you appreciate beautiful nature, comfortable beds, and an outstanding host you have found the right place!

The place is exactly as described. Location is great, only a few minutes to downtown, the stadium and the airport. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if back in Tampa.

I had a very peaceful stay and the owner was kind and willing to answer any of my questions. The house was spotless and cleaned.

José place was just like the photos provided roomy and clean. designated parking private entry felt safe and secured. Neighborhood is very quite felt like home away from home. Will definitely visit tampa again soon and will definitely book José,s place again!!! 10/10 I definitely would recommend! Also the location was up the street from Bush Gardens and 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa and 18-20 minute drive to the airport

This was my second time staying in Tampa and I will FOREVER choose this AirBNB! The location, the natural light, the proximity to the Bay shore, the numerous plant based restaurants nearby - this place checks all the boxes. The hosts were so friendly and kind to provide some recommendations to some local restaurants in the area. The area was super quiet and the mattress was super comfortable making it easy to get a good night's rest. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to book again when I'm in Tampa.
