Our newly renovated house of95 m2 + 30m2 (2019), parts of it originated from 1788, has a fantastic finish and are situated with a very large garden, 10.000 m2, and approx 300 meters from the lake Sommen (probably one of the most beautiful and clean lakes in Sweden) where swimming and fishing is a must. At the lake there is a nice small boat for rowing and alo a small enginge for longer trips on - this house is the true Swedish dream where charm, comfort and privacy can be achieved all at once

Cozy cottage with beachfront location and lake view. Proximity to nice swimming and with nature around. Perfect for families with children who want a quiet and secluded location with plenty of room for running in the legs and walking distance down to swimming with both sandy beach and cliff baths in the clear waters of Summer. The house was renovated in full in 2018 and has a modern equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. In 2020, we built two new south facing patios.

Cozy cottage with own beach and jetty. On the large plot there is also a guest cottage which is included. Upstairs there are two sleeping lofts, one of which is a passage room. A double bed in one room, as well as a double bed + cot in the passage room. In the guest cottage there is a family bed (ie bunk bed with 1.20 bed downstairs).
