Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

Lo pasamos muy bien. Muy cómodo el apartamento para dos y podés recibir dos visitas a comer. Muy gentil y atento nuestro co-anfitrión Vojko a las consultas que le hicimos. Cerca del centro, de Museos principales, de Atocha por si viajas en tren a otra ciudad. Vas caminando y llegas en 10' . Lindo y pintoresco el Barrio Lavapies. Hay comercios para provisiones cerca y muchos bares a 4' del apartamento. Está en piso 4 por escaleras pero subís bien. Igual ya verás que ningún edificio de viviendas de 4 pisos tiene ascensor.

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! Der Aufenthalt bei Mariola war sehr gut und ist nur zu empfehlen. Sie war immer sehr flexibel und freundlich, sehr entgegenkommend wenn es Dinge zu klären oder auch mal zu reparieren gab. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, 5 min von der Puerta del Sol, trotzdem sehr ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Ab und an merkt man, dass im 3. Stock (die Wohnung ist aber im 8.) in einem Restaurant gekocht wird. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Qualität der Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, ich würde jederzeit wieder einziehen. Die Portiers am Empfang sind sehr hilfreich und entgegenkommend, man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft bei Mariola sehr professionell und ich kann sie jedem nur empfehlen.

Un fin de semana sensacional. La casa, el entorno y las vistas desde esa maravillosa piscina, te aseguran desconectar absolutamente de todo y disfrutar de un ambiente precioso y de paz. La casa tiene todo lo necesario. Baños modernos, buenas camas, ventilador de techo en cada habitación, que hace que descanses fresca toda la noche. De verdad, una maravilla. Y Silvia súper atenta, amable y encantadora. Volveremos!!!

Una estancia maravillosa. El trato con el propietario de 10, súper atento, da todas las facilidades y atiende todas las dudas al momento. La casa supera todas las expectativas. Y en verano el sistema de climatización funciona a la perfección. Además cuenta con todos los servicios que puedan necesitarse. Se puede teletrabajar perfectamente desde allí (cuenta con un buen servicio de wifi). Y los atardeceres desde su terraza se disfrutan en un entorno maravilloso. Las personas que me acompañaron no sabían nada y alucinaron (recomiendo que el que lo organice mantenga la intriga porque merece mucho la pena). Para volver una y mil veces

The appartement was really nice, the location is perfect if you don't mind the crowd. It's a really active neighborhood, coffee, restaurants, bar, shops, subway... The last two night I had to change apartment because of a flood that came from an apartment on the higher floor. They propose me a quick change and the other apartment was ok, but in a totally different neighborhood so it was not as nice. I did not know that they have like 70 apartments, but maybe it was the only one available, it changed my stay quite a bit for the last two nights. I had to get more uber drives and it cost me a little bit more being over there. They did not propose a refund or anything like that. It's the only thing I can say, maybe a better change would have been appreciated. If it wasn't for this, everything was perfect.
