Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment for two and you can receive two visits to eat. Very kind and attentive to our co-host Vojko to the queries we made. Close to downtown, Main Museums, Atocha if you are traveling by train to another city. You are walking and arriving in 10' . Cute and quaint Barrio Lavapies. There are shops for provisions nearby and many bars 4' from the apartment. It is on the 4th floor by stairs but up well. Likewise, you will see that no 4 story housing building has an elevator.

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! Wonderful stay. Accommodation was clear, modern will all the amenities needed and more. Attention to detail with toiletries, euro plug and even straighteners. Mariola has been an incredibly attentive host, and always quick to respond with any queries. Central location and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

A sensational weekend. The house, the surroundings and the views from that wonderful pool, ensure you disconnect absolutely from everything and enjoy a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The house has everything we need. Modern bathrooms, good beds, ceiling fan in each room, which makes you rest cool all night. Truly, wonderful. And Silvia is super attentive, kind and charming. We'll be back!!!

A wonderful stay. The service with the owner is a 10, super attentive, he provides all the facilities and answers all questions immediately. The house exceeds all expectations. And in summer, the air conditioning system works perfectly. It also has all the services that may be needed. You can telecommute perfectly from there (it has a good wifi service). And the sunsets from its terrace are enjoyed in a wonderful environment. The people who accompanied me knew nothing and were amazed (I recommend that whoever organizes it keep the intrigue because it is very worthwhile). To return a thousand times

The appartement was really nice, the location is perfect if you don't mind the crowd. It's a really active neighborhood, coffee, restaurants, bar, shops, subway... The last two night I had to change apartment because of a flood that came from an apartment on the higher floor. They propose me a quick change and the other apartment was ok, but in a totally different neighborhood so it was not as nice. I did not know that they have like 70 apartments, but maybe it was the only one available, it changed my stay quite a bit for the last two nights. I had to get more uber drives and it cost me a little bit more being over there. They did not propose a refund or anything like that. It's the only thing I can say, maybe a better change would have been appreciated. If it wasn't for this, everything was perfect.
