Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Yeongdeungpo District

It was so nice that the accommodation was clean and tidy! It was nice to have all the cutlery and utensils, and I was able to watch Ott and YouTube videos with the beam projector, so I was able to sit on the couch and heal! The couch and bed were also so comfortable that I had a good rest!

The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The room is beautifully designed and very comfortable to stay in. It's a great place to stay for anyone visiting Seoul.

Great place in the midst of busy hongdae! It was so well located and easy to find! Not to mentioned very aesthetic interior and spacious as well.. i def will come back to this place when visiting seoul!

The most beautiful Airbnb I've ever been to. Pictures already looked great, but even more beautiful and spacious in real life. Great host with accurate instructions and lots of love for the apartment. The perfect haven of peace in a big city like Seoul.

It was a short walk from Singil Station, and it was a quiet residential area, so I was able to rest comfortably before going. I was able to get there without difficulty by writing down the directions in detail, and the exterior was a house that looked very worn, but the heating worked well, so I was able to stay warm even in the snowy winter. There is a convenience store nearby, and if you leave any inquiries, they respond quickly, so I stayed without any inconvenience.

We highly recommend Space Moda to anyone who is staying in Seoul for a few days, or a longer stay. Moda was an exceptional host - this was the best lodging we had during our entire 23 day trip to Japan and South Korea!! We will come back for sure the next time we return to Korea!!!

It was a very homey stay.The host was very kind and responded quickly to these questions and requests, which made us feel at ease.I felt the attention to detail, and it was a lovely accommodation that I would love to stay again.

The room is close to the subway, super convenient transportation, downstairs there is a restaurant and convenience store, eating is also very convenient.The surrounding environment is quiet, and it is not noisy at night.

Annie was very responsive to my clarifications. I lost my way trying to find the way out from the subway but Annie was super helpful in assisting me. She asked for my well-being during the stay, ensuring that I felt at home. She also sent reminders occasionally about the rules and regulations. Location is very convenient to a subway which has 2 Metro Lines (2 & 3), plenty of food places, a few convenience stores, supermarket, Olive Young, Daiso and Hangang river! D 10/10 would pick this place again if I am visiting Seoul in the future. Definitely recommend this! Thanks a lot once again Annie!❤️

I had such a comfortable stay, and it was nice to see the sunrise at dawn so pretty! And it was nice to be so friendly to communicate in chat. I want to visit again!

There is a market within a five-minute walk, which has a wide variety of Korean food. There are pickled seafood, fried rice cakes, fish cakes, and everything else. You can take bus No.9 to Hongik University. There is a subway No. 2 there, which is very convenient. Because I had a schedule on the first day of my stay, I asked Hyelyn if I could put my luggage in advance. They kindly agreed and let me put on makeup. Thank you very much, I really like this balcony. It's very comfortable to sit outside and drink. My friends and I had a great trip to Seoul, highly recommended。

Great place with a gorgeous river view and responsive host!

The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation looked just like the photos and was clean and comfortable throughout the stay. The location was also extremely convenient, with a department store, convenience stores, subway station, and bus stops all within close walking distance. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was pretty close to good restaurants and shopping in Hongdae/Hongik Station area. The host let us know that the room was ready for check in earlier than the expected time and it was very convenient that they had an area for secured luggage storage. The air conditioner worked great and bed was very comfortable! Only issue we had was figuring out how to get warm water for a shower but would stay again!

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!
