Hunan was an exceptional host and this apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s in the best location and walkable to so many spots in Yerevan. The street it’s on is also very exciting and filled with so many things to do and restaurants to try. Hunan was so kind and helpful and came to check in with me a couple times on questions I had, and was also helpful in answering questions of mine that didn’t even have to do with the apartment, but about the location, security, and living in Yerevan in general which eased my nerves as a solo traveler! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I could ever need! I hope to return to Armenia soon and would stay here every time! Thank you so much Hunan.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Rafael’s apartment in the center of Yerevan. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you could want is just a short walk away: cafes, shops, sights, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was super accurate to the photos and details on Airbnb, which I really appreciated. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside. Rafael was a fantastic host: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials for a great stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. I would definitely choose Rafael’s apartment again!

This place is incredibly convenient and well-equipped, making it an excellent choice for any stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook comfortably, and with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, shopping for groceries is quick and easy. A short 10-minute ride with taxi takes you directly to the city center, offering both convenience and efficiency. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing, and the apartment is furnished with brand-new furniture, adding a modern and comfortable touch. The host was very communicative via net and even accommodated a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a smooth, enjoyable stay.

Thank you very much for the stay, the flat had everything needed for the comfortable life and remote work. I also was very surprised by various kitchen staff, was nice to cook there. Very cozy and really close to center, 20 min to airport, will definitely come back!

Замечательная квартира! Сочетает расположение в самом центре с уютным и стильным интерьером, нам понравилось здесь жить. Отдельный плюс — балкон, на котором приятно позавтракать в солнечный день. Артур был очень гостеприимным: оставил подробные инструкции перед заселением, а если возникали вопросы в процессе проживания, быстро отвечал и помогал. Будем рады вернуться сюда в будущих поездках в Ереван! Спасибо :)

The unit was fantastic so clean and modern. Very conveniently located near to shop and restaurant. There are a lot of cabinets space and storage. The unit was well equipped there were even snacks and food for us. Allah utensils and household items are brand new and fully functioning. The unit is even better than a 5 star hotel. There was a home entertainment system with surround sounds including in the bathroom and the kitchen also. Even though there was only one Aircon unit it was sufficient and cooled the whole apartment. We love the unit so much! RECOMMENDED!

Very nice place to stay in the city centre. All the famous Yerevan sights, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful views from the window! The place has everything for comfortable stay for two weeks. Gohar and Ani were very friendly and responsive. We were able to check-in and check out in the late hours. Recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is new, clean, very cozy. My husband and I worked remotely, so we also liked the high-speed internet and a separate office desk :) Thank you very much!

One of the best AirBnBs I ever stayed at. Location is amazing, right in the city center, few steps away from Cascade and lots of restaurants and bars. Still quiet though since windows are to the backyard. The apartment is spacious, very modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities you need.

Liana's appartement was de perfecte ruimte op de perfecte plaats. Ik had graag nog een paar dagen willen blijven, maar het appartement was die dagen al besproken. Het heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt. De sfeer binnen is aangenaam, ik voelde me helemaal op mijn plaats. Daarnaast was het contact met Liana -voorzover nodig - erg plezierig. Fijn ook dat ik wat later mocht uitchecken, zodat ik de tijd naar het volgende adres prettig kon overbruggen. Bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Yerevan kom ik hier graag terug.

Квартира отличная, полностью соответствует описанию. Общение с хозяином от бронирования до выселения проходило без проблем, отвечал всегда в течение нескольких минут. На все необходимые действия с жильем была предоставлена инструкция. Кухня: В наличие были ложки, вилки, кружки, тарелки, кастрюли, сковородки, чайник, посудомойка, большой холодильник и стиральная машина. Очень порадовала капельная кофеварка на кухне, к которой хозяин предоставил молотый кофе и фильтры для заваривания кофе. Зал: Удобный диван, стол, телевизор. Хочется отметить наличие кондиционера, который реально пригодился и спасал нас от небывалой жары. Спальня: Много шкафов и полок для одежды. Кровать примерно полуторка, поэтому места предостаточно только для одного человека, но может показаться маловата для двоих. Если кто-то будет путешествовать с ребенком, как мы, то у хозяина можно заказать дополнительно детскую кроватку и детский стульчик. Также недалеко от дома есть детская площадка.

Отличное месторасаоложение. Рядом многие достопримечательности и рестораны/кафе. Большой супермаркет в пешей доступности. Отличное наполнение квартиры как для краткосрочного, так и долгосрочного отдыха. Есть высокоскоростной интернет, холодильник, микроволновка, хорошая кухня, просторный зал, ванная комната. Мы были очень довольны.

I love every second of my time in Armenia and Yevgenia’s house. The house was clean and beautiful. It is literally in the center of Yerevan-Kentron. It’s possible to walk every touristical places. The entrance to the apartment building could be kinda scary at night due to the secluded Soviet vibe, but there was nothing to be afraid of at all. The whole place is very safe. You can just walk and enjoy the city life even if it’s midnight. Yevgenia quickly replies whenever I ask something, her mother is also very helpful and nice. I’m very happy to have stayed in this house.

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

Artak and Lilit were very helpful and responsive. More than that, they were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their wonderful AirBNB. (A huge thank you to Lilit who made sure that we were comfortable and checked up on us on our trip! It made our stay much more memorable!) The place itself had a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to a lot of places. Everything we needed was already in their place. The building itself felt very safe and secure so we had nothing to worry about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

Un très bon séjour dans un appartement très confortable et très propre, situé dans un quartier animé de Yerevan, mais donnant sur une cour très calme ! Le propriétaire a été de bon conseil et très réactif (dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport!), et il est venu nous accueillir sur place. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. I had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The owner was very helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
