We had very Good communication with the person in charge for our check in. Apartment was clean. Location was the best.

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Nice house with a beautiful view, host Arshak was very responsive and helpful if there were any difficulties around the house. There are shops and public transport in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The territory of the villa is very beautiful! It was a little offensive about how much the bushes were cut off in the spring (almost to bare branches), but they did not spoil the appearance of the location much. The wooden residential house is full of amenities and very, very cozy. It is wild to be in it, and it is tastefully equipped. The additional structure with a dining room, kitchen and lounge room is also great, we spent most of our time in it while visiting the villa. A separate plus for the billiards table) Communication with RIS was comfortable, we arranged several times to visit the villa before booking and check-in. Responded to messages always quite quickly and always to the point The only disadvantage of this beautiful villa is the rental price. The location is very beautiful, but due to the high price, you can't just come here to relax for a weekend: such expenses can only be justified by some special event

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

The apartment was just wonderful. We came as a big family - nine people in total: four adults and five children. Everyone settled in very well, the rooms were clean, modern and fresh. Two bedrooms offer a magnificent view of Mount Ararat. My grandmother and aunt were simply delighted to wake up to such a view from the window. There is a large terrace where you can sit, barbecue and eat together. A large table is available. Everyone loved this stay. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, dishes, cutlery. Television also offers many features: Netflix, Okko and other platforms for watching movies in several languages. The location of the apartment is simply perfect — a three-minute walk from one of the main attractions of the city: the Waterfalls. A big thank you! We are very, very satisfied.

It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much! Overall, this is absolutely the best location in Yerevan for all types of travelers. We felt at home here and were truly happy during our stay.

Nice, big apartment right in the center of Yerevan. Very easy to check in when you first get there, and Michael was always available whenever we needed anything. Would recommend a place to anyone thinking of a stay in Armenia!
