House holiday rentals in Yerevan

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

It was a nice place for a family stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean and organized and we would love to stay here again!

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

The territory of the villa is very beautiful! It was a little offensive about how much the bushes were cut off in the spring (almost to bare branches), but they did not spoil the appearance of the location much. The wooden residential house is full of amenities and very, very cozy. It is wild to be in it, and it is tastefully equipped. The additional structure with a dining room, kitchen and lounge room is also great, we spent most of our time in it while visiting the villa. A separate plus for the billiards table) Communication with RIS was comfortable, we arranged several times to visit the villa before booking and check-in. Responded to messages always quite quickly and always to the point The only disadvantage of this beautiful villa is the rental price. The location is very beautiful, but due to the high price, you can't just come here to relax for a weekend: such expenses can only be justified by some special event

Very nice comfy place near to main city area but still calm and peaceful

We spent three days with a family with a small child in the house. From the very booking, David was in touch, suggesting and giving recommendations regarding the trip. For the little guest, the owner of the house specially prepared a crib and a high chair for feeding, and when we checked in, homemade baklava was waiting for us! The house is spacious, with a beautiful well-groomed territory and good furniture. There is also a turtle living on the territory, it was a complete delight for the child) We found a luxurious bloom of roses on the territory of the house. We didn't have time to use the pool and sauna, but they were also ready to use. The house has everything you need for your stay, including slippers, shampoos and shower gels. There are shops within walking distance (about 300 m - a small shop and about 500-600 m - a fairly large supermarket, but you need to walk a little uphill to it). The city center is about 15 minutes by taxi. Food delivery services are also available. We were satisfied and thank David for his help in various matters!

What I found was a quiet kind of hospitality. The apartment was clean, calm, and exactly as described - though perhaps a touch more spacious in person. The host was responsive and thoughtful in the best possible way. There's something to be said for a stay that feels both cared for and entirely your own. Also worth noting: the host often cooks wonderful local food, which adds something warm to the whole experience. Would book again.

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

We had a great time at Anush's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the city. Anush responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Note that the accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center with a climb, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this apartment!

Helpful and responsive Host, the place is well organized, decorated and well equipped. Would definitely recommend for a family. Nice safe and family neighbourhood. Walkable to the center with supermarkets nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a very late checkout at no additional cost, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The property itself is impeccably clean and offers perfect space for a family of eight. Additionally, the charming rural environment is both safe and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The convenience of reaching the city center by taxi at a very reasonable price further enhances the appeal of this location. Overall, the combination of exceptional hospitality, excellent facilities, and a tranquil setting makes this an ideal choice for families and travelers alike.

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

We have made a reservation at Alvard’s place at a very short notice after another reservation had fallen through. Alvard was very quick to respond, very kind, warm and welcoming. The house itself was even better (more spacious) than it appears in the photos. Even on in the midst of summer heat, it was pleasantly cool inside the house. While the location is not central and the street is quite noisy and dusty, the house windows look into the private yard with a little garden, so one can sleep at night undisturbed. And one can easily get to the city center by taxi in about 10-15 minutes.

Spacious apartment 2+1 . Freshly decent renovation, clean, cozy. Located on the 2nd floor of a private house,a separate entrance, a very responsive and friendly host lives on the ground floor. There is a parking lot behind the fence in the yard. The house is on the outskirts, but not far from the highway leading to the center, by car 15-20 minutes. The apartment has gas heating and water heating, dishes, washing machine. Compared to competitors, a great option for the money, I recommend!

A nice big house. Two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, several tables where you can work comfortably, easy to park a car, good air conditioning, there is a balcony overlooking the mountains, there is a grill. There are several large stores nearby.

Super friendly, welcoming hosts. Good value for money, few steps away from the very heart of Yerevan. Maybe not the most modern house and inventory, but fine for us and relevant for the price we paid. Only downsides would be: rooms should be cleaned more often and thoroughly, river was smelling sometimes (not disturbing us, but important to know). If we come again to Yerevan, we would return for hospitality and everything that was necessary for our 1 week stay with 3 separate rooms and 2 toilets. Thanks!

Appartment was as described and it matched the photos. Owner is very friendly. Location is quiet, but to rech main street with most of the shops you need to walk around 10-15min. Anyway grocery you can find close to the location. The place good value for money I recomend to everyone!

Gagik was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always simply a call or text away and would message me how his guests are doing, if they need anything extra, a second set of keys, etc. He was an incredible host to my extended family. His house (more like mansion) is absolutely stunning & has insane amenities (tennis court, huge indoor pool, sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). My family loved coming back to the house and relaxing after a hot day in Yerevan. Thank you so much for making their first visit to Armenia so lovely and memorable.

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.
