House holiday rentals in Yerevan

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean and organized and we would love to stay here again!

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

Территория виллы очень красивая! Было немного обидно от того, насколько сильно весной были обрезаны кусты (практически до голых веток), но внешний вид локации они не сильно портили. Деревянный жилой дом полон удобств и очень, очень уютный. В нем дико приятно находиться, и он со вкусом обустроен. Дополнительное строение со столовой, кухней и комнатой отдыха также великолепно, в нем мы проводили большую часть времени во время посещения виллы. Отдельный плюс за бильярдный стол) Общение с RIS было комфортным, мы несколько раз договаривались о посещении виллы перед бронированием и заездом. Отвечали на сообщения всегда довольно быстро и всегда по делу Единственный минус этой прекрасной виллы – цена аренды. Локация очень красива, но из-за высокой цены сюда нельзя просто приехать отдохнуть на выходные: такие траты может оправдать лишь какое-то особое событие

Wir haben erst vor ein paar Stunden das Haus verlassen, vermissen es aber jetzt schon und planen unseren nächsten Besuch. Es waren einfach perfekte 7 Tage in Jerewan. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und wollen im Herbst wieder kommen. Artavazd ist sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Kommunikation mit ihm war äußerst einfach und angenehm. Da ich erst später eingereist bin, kümmerte sich Artavazd um meine Familienmitglieder und hat ihnen geholfen. Das charmante Haus mit Terrasse ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, der Garten ist bestens gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Stadt blitzblank sauber.

Мы провели три дня с семьёй с маленьким ребенком в доме. С самого бронирования Давид был на связи, подсказывал и давал рекомендации относительно поездки. Для маленькой гостьи хозяин дома специально подготовил кроватку и стульчик для кормления, а при заселении нас ждала домашняя пахлава! Дом просторный, с красивой ухоженной территорией и хорошей мебелью. Ещё на территории живёт черепаха, это был полный восторг для ребенка) Мы застали роскошное цветение роз на территории дома. Бассейном и сауной воспользоваться не успели, но они также были готовы к использованию. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая тапочки, шампуни и гели для душа. В пешей доступности есть магазины (примерно в 300 м - маленький магазин и примерно в 500-600м - достаточно большой супермаркет, но до него нужно немного пройти в гору). До центра города около 15 мин на такси. Также работают доставки продуктов. Мы остались довольны и благодарим Давида за помощь в различных вопросах!

Vlieg je binnenkort naar Yerevan? Dan raad ik het zeker aan om bij Ovsanna te verblijven. Je krijgt een warm welkom en je wordt behandeld als een familielid. Het appartement is groot, ruim en zeer schoon. Je hoort geen lawaai van de stad, het is er erg rustig. Het huis is erg warm, dus dat was prettig, vooral omdat het vriest (in de periode dat ik er was). Ovsanna zorgde voor een heerlijke maaltijd + ontbijt. een beter verblijf zul je denk ik niet vinden.

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Anush. Il est calme, spacieux, propre et offre une très belle vue sur le jardin et la ville. Anush a été très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. À noter que le logement est situé à 15 minutes du centre avec une montée, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

Helpful and responsive Host, the place is well organized, decorated and well equipped. Would definitely recommend for a family. Nice safe and family neighbourhood. Walkable to the center with supermarkets nearby.

The convenience of reaching the city center by taxi at a very reasonable price further enhances the appeal of this location. Overall, the combination of exceptional hospitality, excellent facilities, and a tranquil setting makes this an ideal choice for families and travelers alike.

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

We have made a reservation at Alvard’s place at a very short notice after another reservation had fallen through. Alvard was very quick to respond, very kind, warm and welcoming. The house itself was even better (more spacious) than it appears in the photos. Even on in the midst of summer heat, it was pleasantly cool inside the house. While the location is not central and the street is quite noisy and dusty, the house windows look into the private yard with a little garden, so one can sleep at night undisturbed. And one can easily get to the city center by taxi in about 10-15 minutes.

Просторная квартира 2+1 . Свежий приличный ремонт, чисто, уютно. Находится на 2м этаже частного дома,отдельный вход, на первом этаже живет очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный хозяин. Есть парковка за забором во дворе. Дом на окраине, но недалеко трасса, ведущая в центр, на машине 15-20 минут. В квартире есть газовое отопление и подогрев воды, газовая плита, посуда, стиральная машина. В сравнении с конкурентами отличный вариант за эти деньги, советую!

Хороший большой дом. Два санузла, просторная кухня-гостиная, несколько столов где можно удобно работать, легко припарковать машину, добротный кондиционер, есть балкончик с видом на горы, есть мангал. По близости есть несколько крупных магазинов.

Super friendly, welcoming hosts. Good value for money, few steps away from the very heart of Yerevan. Maybe not the most modern house and inventory, but fine for us and relevant for the price we paid. Only downsides would be: rooms should be cleaned more often and thoroughly, river was smelling sometimes (not disturbing us, but important to know). If we come again to Yerevan, we would return for hospitality and everything that was necessary for our 1 week stay with 3 separate rooms and 2 toilets. Thanks!

В восторге от данного дома! Отличное расположение, в доме уютно и чисто, все что необходимо все есть и даже больше. Хозяйка квартиры очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый человек! Определенно хочется вернуться сюда еще и рекомендовать данный дом знакомым.

Appartment was as described and it matched the photos. Owner is very friendly. Location is quiet, but to rech main street with most of the shops you need to walk around 10-15min. Anyway grocery you can find close to the location. The place good value for money I recomend to everyone!

Gagik was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always simply a call or text away and would message me how his guests are doing, if they need anything extra, a second set of keys, etc. He was an incredible host to my extended family. His house (more like mansion) is absolutely stunning & has insane amenities (tennis court, huge indoor pool, sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). My family loved coming back to the house and relaxing after a hot day in Yerevan. Thank you so much for making their first visit to Armenia so lovely and memorable.

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.
