I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice house near the center of Yerevan. 10 minutes by taxi without traffic. There is a metro, supermarket and shopping arcade nearby. There were 10 people, everything fit perfectly, even there were free spots. Overall, I liked it, we would come again. The first day was cold, but then the house warmed up and it was possible to walk at least in shorts with a t-shirt even at -10 on the street. The host immediately responded, took out an additional heater for the room without heating. But a little about the cons. Take all the slippers at once, the house is not clean enough to wear socks or bare feet. I also had to wash all the dishes before using it. The audibility is quite strong. If someone talks loudly in the dining room, then at least in the two rooms on the second floor, you can hear everything perfectly. One of the pleasant surprises is stable hot water. You won't often meet in Armenia. It's usually very hard to set the shower to the perfect temperature, everything is great here

The place was very convenient and suitable for families. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment. It's super clean, with everything you need, it's comfortable and very new. We had a small problem with the water (it wasn't their fault) and they gave a convenient solution. If there is any incident, it is better to communicate through the Airbnb chat because they respond quickly. We were able to park the car easily. The internet is great. Thank you!

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5

The apartment is big, clean, equipped with everything a tourist might need. 20 minutes walk to the Opera .You could find a large amount of water in big bottles, for the case if is no water. I appreciated it very much, becose in Tbilisi it was no water for entire day, and was no supply in the place I stayed at. Mariana is a great host, she provided me taxi at 4 am at arriving, for departure too. Thank You Mariana, You are the Best!

I had a wonderful stay at Ararat’s apartment! The place was absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that a lot of care has been put into making guests feel at home. Ararat was a great host, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were exceptionally clean, bright, and filled with positive energy. Every detail in the space was thoughtfully designed with purpose, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The view was absolutely stunning, and the overall experience was incredibly cozy. Alla and Hrant were outstanding hosts—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Clean, spacious, cozy apartments with good renovation. Comfortable beds, a great sofa in the living room. There is everything you need: plates, glasses, washing machine, air conditioning, iron. The bathroom even has cotton pads, and we were also given disposable slippers! :) Stayed here for a few days with friends, loved everything! A wonderful host, responds to all questions very quickly. The location is also great: the center of Yerevan, everything is close, there are a lot of cafes, busy streets, places for breakfast and dinner. Right at the house, there is a shop and a stall with fruits and vegetables. It's about 15 minutes to the Cascade. Outside the apartment windows - some kind of construction, but we didn't hear any noise (maybe the construction isn't functioning now). Very attractive price for such cool apartments. The stay was exactly as shown in photos and listing. Jbid was a great host, very responsive, and super quick to help. The apartment is located in a nice private area, so no loud streets or anything and a huge plus is the view from the balcony that looks directly at Ararat. The first few days of our trips were super hot but the apartment is equipped with 2 ACs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom so we didn't feel a thing. The apartment felt like home and was very comfortable, I highly recommend you book with Jbid! Thank you for hosting us!

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.

Wonderful apartment, close to the center and yet in a quite quiet neighborhood. Within a walking distance from the main sights, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Margarita is very hospitable, went to meet with a very early check-in, and also to extend her stay for another day. The apartment is very nice, large, you can see that everything is done and furnished as for yourself, with a soul. Thank you very much, the trip to Yerevan became even better thanks to a stop in such a cozy place!
