L''autoroute A11 se situe à 10min sortie Illiers-combray : n° 3.1 A proximité (3kms à Bailleau le Pin) se trouvent tous commerces ( supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie... etc) Le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette sont fournis. Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Charming quiet cottage between Beauce and Perche

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. On request, we will be happy to offer you a homemade breakfast with local products (€12.5/pers). See you soon :)

Equestrian farm cottage

Discover the beautiful scenery with the horses that surround this home. The spacious interior is functionally laid out, offering an open plan living space where you can relax and enjoy your stay from 4p to 6p, the large windows let in an abundance of natural light, creating a warm atmosphere. The bungalow also includes two furnished bedrooms, offering a haven of peace to rest well. Linens and towels are provided, spa is optional.

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV… When you arrive your rooms are ready, beds made with towels for your comfort. Country accommodation located in Percheron village in a green setting. Accommodation of about 60 m2 equipped with one bedroom, a dining/living room with convertible bed (BZ), a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. On a 2500 m2 shaded plot with terrace to fully enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is private, the land may be shared. All amenities 7 km away. (Illiers, Brou)
