We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

It was a short stay but it was a pleasant one, sauna is nice

This place is absolutely stunning — it felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the view of the river was simply beautiful. What really sets this stay apart, though, are the small extra touches the hosts thoughtfully included: delicious chocolate, quality tea, oats for breakfast, a lovely selection of shower gels, and even spare toothbrushes just in case. It’s these little details that show how much care has gone into creating a truly special experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

Really nice place with all the necessary amenities. Parking space available nearby, easy check-in with systematic instructions. The studio was considerably cheaper than hotel rooms, better equipped, more spacious and included everything you need for cooking and washing clothes. Special points for thinking about small details. The lighting could be adjusted to one's liking, and the blackout curtains made sleeping pleasant even on a nightless night. The electrical outlets placed in connection with the night tables were convenient for charging mobile phones and travel batteries. The value for the space is excellent. We will definitely return if the place happens to be available on future Rovaniemi trips.

Heli and Janne were really friendly and nice. We especially appreciated that the apartment was beautifully decorated and high-quality items were chosen. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, the pillows and blankets wonderfully fluffy. Check-in and arrival was easy. I highly recommend staying with Helin and Janne!

We had a top notch stay at Janne's place. Everything met our expectations. Janne's place is spacious and has a private sauna and a fireplace, which we also used extensively. The property is also a perfect starting point for many activities in the area. The equipment Janne offers were also all in very good condition. We didn't see Janne in person because we were also on the road every time, but he is a great host who was always available. Check-in and checkout were easy and straightforward. Definitely a recommendation!

kiki's place is about 15mins walk to the city centre (~1km). it was okay for us to walk to and fro daily (had to clock in those steps! 😂). otherwise, the stay was amazinggggg!! her place felt so warm & cozy. there was also a file with instructions and even recommendations on the activities that we can do here! it's also a short walk away from the museum—Arktikum.

Had a wonderful stay with Nina. They were so flexible both in check in and check out. The place was quite centrally located very easy with nearby resturants and groceries. The apartment was super comfortable and the beds were super good. we enjoyed the stay and the only pity was i couldnt stay longer

We traveled with our 7-month-old baby and Hanna-Leena was very accommodating with everything (in-cancellation, etc.), which made our trip very successful! The glassed-in balcony was perfect for naps and our sweetheart enjoys bathing so the tub was a bonus. The location by the river was perfect considering all the activities we wanted to do.
