Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ymittos

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

This apartment is just WOW, whether you are sitting on the front verandah or on the top deck. The view of Acropolis is just breathing. Gianni is the best host ever. His responses were super fast and helpful. He can help with food, islands, what to do, wine etc. Apartment was so comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. Gianni has everything what you need. Not going to mention, olive oil, spices, the herbs etc. We were so grateful to stay there and can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for all your help, Gianni.

We were only at Clara’s property for one night on our way to the islands but it was perfect for what we needed. There was a bus from the airport that stopped right nearby and a short drive to the port the next day. Clara was very responsive through the process for any questions we had prior to our arrival.

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

This was a great find for us, close to the airport after a late night arrival, Google maps got us to the right place first time and it was a lovely family farmhouse. Clean and comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The courtyard was a gorgeous spot for breakfast and so was the patio outside the kitchen. We met the hosts who were friendly and kind especially when we managed to lock ourselves out!

Prachtig appartement met een nog mooier terras. Het is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Athene te ontdekken. Een fijne plek om te zijn, en met veel geweldige plekken op loopafstand voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Ook de metro en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand. Het appartement is schoon en goed ingericht.

This was a lovely place to stay for a visit to Athens. The apartment is cozy and situated in a residential neighborhood. Although it’s walkable or an easy bus ride from many of the main Athens attractions, you are away from the tourist scene a bit - which means you also get more of a sense of a real neighborhood. There were plenty of restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies nearby - plus an amazing bakery across the street. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we need including details directions on how to get to the place. Overall one of the best AirBNB experiences we have had.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Super apartment in a fabulous location for the Acropolis and great cafe’s and restaurants. Good value for the affluent location. The apartment felt very secure, all communications with the host were excellent. The apartment is compact but very well equipped with a balcony too and a fabulous rooftop view of the Acropolis at night. We too had an issue with the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor leading to a very wet bathmat and floor, but this can easily be resolved by the host and did not spoil our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment. We were so happy with it last year that we stayed again this year. It is a fantastic place to stay a week or more. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk down the street from the acropolis museum, with tons of restaurants, bars and shops all around it. Grocery store (as opposed to minimarkets) is a 5 minute walk, the metro is a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is spacious and well decorated, and had everything we needed. The balcony is a big plus too, with lots of space and a large table. Room darkening shutters keep out all light if you want it dark for sleep. Air conditions work great; important for Athens in summer. I thought I would miss a microwave, but it did not really matter much. Tip: If you're used to filter coffee makers and a full cup of coffee like me, just set the large nespresso cup fill amount to a half cup, and use the same nespresso pod twice to fill the coffee cup - makes a good cup of coffee :)

We had a great time here ! The location is perfect. There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and grocery stores in very short walking distances. The views are absolutely amazing. You certainly won’t find a better place in Athens. We have had many great moments in this penthouse. We hope to be back some day.

This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ιδιαίτερα κεντρική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό. Επίσης, βρήκαμε σχετικά εύκολα θέση στάθμευσης κοντά στην πολυκατοικία και η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη. Τέλος, ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή!

Le logement était parfait. La communication était très bonne et l’accueil aussi. Nous avons eu de belles suggestions de resto et autres. Le parc en face était très beau. Le métro était proche et allez en ville était facile ! Merci ! Je recommande !!!

This was our first time in Athens, the apartment was about 10-15mins from the nearest metro. There is a pleasant square nearby and restaurants. The apartment is a little dated, although very clean, and communication was great on our arrival.

Everything you need was right there. Felt like home. Soda, water ,milk, fruit & juice in refrigerator was an extra plus plus which never expected. Host made the day abd saved our time going looking for anything.
