The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

The upper floor also has a cozy balcony with a beautiful pine forest view. The downstairs has a large bed 180, as well as a bunk bed.
