An exclusive accommodation where you experience proximity to nature, people, the sea, miles of fine sandy beaches, smaller towns and a plethora of different artists. Our guests are completely on their own. Before arrival, you can be sure that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen benches, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses, one of which contains a bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house, there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses, there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Charming brick villa in Yngsjö village

Charmigt äldre tegelhus i Yngsjö by men ändå mitt i naturen med skog upp till tomtens baksida. Privat trädgård för umgänge eller vila med grill. Få minuters promenad till Helgeå eller en mindre promenad genom byn och tallskogar ned till den sköna vita sandstranden som sträcker ut sig så långt ögat når. Två hundstränder nära. Cykelväg till Åhus där man kan shoppa, se kultur, hamn och äta gott. Nära nationalparken Stenshuvud och vattenfallet i Forsakar för mer natur. Här finns allt man behöver.

Welcome to cozy Yngsjö! Here you can enjoy the tranquility with direct proximity to forest and sea. From the accommodation, it is 200 meters to a several-kilometer-long sandy beach with shallow water. From Yngsjö, you have a good starting point to get to and around Österlen. If you want a wider range of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.

Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.
