Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Charming brick villa in Yngsjö village

Charmigt äldre tegelhus i Yngsjö by men ändå mitt i naturen med skog upp till tomtens baksida. Privat trädgård för umgänge eller vila med grill. Få minuters promenad till Helgeå eller en mindre promenad genom byn och tallskogar ned till den sköna vita sandstranden som sträcker ut sig så långt ögat når. Två hundstränder nära. Cykelväg till Åhus där man kan shoppa, se kultur, hamn och äta gott. Nära nationalparken Stenshuvud och vattenfallet i Forsakar för mer natur. Här finns allt man behöver.

Finns även två bäddsoffor som extrabäddar i enkelrummen. Balkong i masterbedroom. Fullutrustat kök. Braskamin. Uteplats med grill och mysig eldstad. Vedeldad badtunna där du kan bada med utsikt över sjön. En roddbåt och en kanot inkl flytvästar ingår. Kajaker finns att hyra mot tillägg. El-laddare till bil finns mot avgift.

Välkommen till lugnet på Österlen. Här bor ni bekvämt med naturen precis utanför dörren. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med ett vackert naturreservat som närmsta granne. På bara 5 minuter når ni Brösarp med ICA, café, apotek och bensinmack (med laddstolpar). Havet cirka 10–15 minuter bort och Stenshuvuds nationalpark når ni på 30 minuter. Welcome to cozy Yngsjö! Here you can enjoy the tranquility with direct proximity to forest and sea. From the accommodation, it is 200 meters to a several-kilometer-long sandy beach with shallow water. From Yngsjö, you have a good starting point to get to and around Österlen. If you want a wider range of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.
