Charming cross-timbered house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp's hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. The house is detached but is close to a larger residential house (Ravlunda Prästgård),

Among the pine trees of Furuboda, between Åhus and Kivik, on the border with Österlen, you can hire our newly built year-runt house (2023) of 147 sqm. From the house you walk 600 meters through a nature reserve of pine trees, blueberry rice and sand cushions, down to the sea with the long lovely sandy beach. Within about a mile radius there are grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, glass kiosks, outdoor pools, museums, art galleries and nice hiking trails. The national bike trail “Southeast Trail” goes outside the house.

Åhus is 10km away with a nice selection of restaurants and amusements.
