Reservation Instructions Reservations are only available for families of 4, including infants, one couple, or two adults. Otherwise, please contact us before booking. It is difficult to book if you are more than two couples of adults or accompanied by visitors. Space composition There is a main building and a separate building on a site of about 200 pyeong, and guests can use the separate building (about 19 pyeong) and the front yard alone. The host lives in the main building. Additional services Self barbecue: 20,000 KRW (grill, charcoal, torch, butane gas, wooden gloves, charcoal tongs provided) Air Bouncer: 30,000 KRW (May to September, water play is available from July to August) ※ Advance application is required as it may be difficult to use when requested on the same day. How many times do you look at the sky every day? Hello. This is Hwi Seonjae, located in Gongjaam. Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. Why don't you take a break from the busy daily life by looking at a little farther and higher place? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the spaces are handmade by the father and son and are full of sincerity. There are three rooms in total, and there are two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.

Thank you for your interest in our fancy house! We are very close to Everland; it only takes 5 minutes by car. If you are part of a large group of more than 10 people, this house is the best choice for your trip. We have 15 beds, each with its own power outlet, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Moreover, we have a huge garden and deck, which are great places for parties and barbecues.
