Holiday rentals with a kayak in Yuba County

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful property with trails and great morning jogs… and bark house river access within 10 min max, walk each way (note return is a bit of a trek with the hill but our 4 year old made it so should be reasonable for most people). Our car had a little trouble in some steep spots coming back from the bark house but managed in the end (not 4 wheel drive), so may want to be careful and keep in mind, but I think our tires are due for a change, maybe that had an impact. Ultimately Walking there was a better option for us, and there’s a trail option as well which is easier but a little longer. Alicia let us use their private beach as well which was magical (usage based on their schedule and availability) (also keep in mind some steepish terrain and a walk down). Our house was perfect for our family of 3. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Farm provided seasonal fruit and veggies every day which was amazing. We def plan to come back next year!!

We loved the location and the property! We were surrounded by trees and the kids loved the pool and creek. The deck was lovely and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the sun and being in this little oasis! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware/ dishes. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and also space to be alone. The host was super helpful and responsive to the few questions we had. We would definitely book again if going out that way!

Wow Wow Wow!!! The view and grounds are amazing! The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are super soft. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which made dinners easy. Plenty of seating and tables for all 8 of us. Bathrooms are updated with all of the amenities. The outdoor area was our favorite. They have many outdoor option’s when it comes to seating. Couches, lounges, chairs, beautiful large grass area, not to mention the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. Steve and Sachie’s place is conveniently located to many of the surrounding cities. Our favorite restaurant was a very short drive and so delicious. Twelve 28 Kitchen will not disappoint. I have to end this review with Wow the view is amazing from this home. Thank you Steve and Sachie, we can’t wait to come back! Patti

Excellent place for three families to stay while in town for a wedding! Close to town, yet peaceful! Great for kiddos lots of books and toys for them to explore. Great outdoor space and eat to access with lock box check in and out. The only negative were had were the back room and bedroom were very warm but we also had exceptional hot weather! We had plenty of room to sprawl out. Fully stocked kitchen was very helpful. Comfy beds and loved they had a pack and play ready for us 😊 would definitely start again when we’re in the area! This is our fourth stay we were in Yuba City once again for a dog show, and this Airbnb fits. All of our needs were comfortable happy any questions the host is incredibly fast to respond.

This Meadow Vista home was absolutely the perfect, relaxing getaway for our family and friends during a short trip. We appreciate the cleanliness of the home, the baby items, and the hot tub among many. We absolutely would stay here again!
