Mary is easily the best. She made my AirBnB stay a wonderful experience. As a pet owner, I was also extremely pleased that Mary’s place has a big enough space outside for my cat to enjoy and the road is relatively quiet. I loved my stay. 👍🏼👍🏼

I knew the house would be rustic, so I brought my camping gear. I did not need them. The kitchen was well equipt. I could cook anything I needed to make on the hot plate or in the microwave/toaster. There was also a smoker and like 5 BBQs. Do not be worried about cooking. The location is awesome. It is so close to so many things.. or you can just hang out on the property. We spent a day on the property and a day exploring. We spent every night in the hot tub. It was glorious. The bed is very comfortable!

We had a great stay at Mary’s guest suite in Grass Valley. The setting is beautiful and peaceful and the location was incredibly convenient to get to the fairgrounds where our band was performing. The house also easily accommodated our five-piece band and luggage. We would definitely stay here again!

Omgosh this place is so cute. I came in town to visit family by myself and I felt very safe. I used the pool everyday. I will for sure be back. Very nice and helpful host.

What a great spot! So much to explore in the area, and you can find much of it just walking out the door. Low key the coffee setup is very high level -- clearly this is a man for whom caffeine is important, which I appreciated. :-) The deck has a great view of the valley, as does the swing. Great spot to chill and read a book or work on your laptop. As a host, Justin is excellent. Responsive, clear, thorough with instructions and knows this area well. Recommended!

Karl's place was just what we were looking for, in terms of a few days rest in Grass Valley before moving out of the area. Its remarkable how close the place is to downtown and yet how quiet and peaceful it is, especially on the patio. Also, the kitchen has clearly been upgraded and was done very well. It felt very comfortable for us in making meals and eating on the patio. The description was accurate about sounds - we did hear the upstairs resident occasionally. Fortunately we are not light sleepers ordinarily.

Please place was very tranquil. Very nice to get away from everything. The host were amazing helped out whenever. They could also even ask if I needed anything. I definitely recommend this place. I have to rate Kelly's rental 5-Stars as they are meticulous about their property. I have very high standards as I also own 5-Star properties and it is refreshing to find one that hits that high mark. Extremely clean, quaint property, perfect for a couple with updated historic touches. Perfectly located with a mainline access to wherever you want to go. Host very responsive and accommodating. It takes work and effort to do a great vacation rental and this one shows that they have their heart in it. Highly recommended. Mike Howard

What a lovely space! Right in between Grass Valley and Nevada City. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood that is an easy drive to both towns. Beds were so comfortable and all the amenities were fabulous! Warm and cozy! Daniela was so sweet and responsive. And extra accommodating to our needs for our NYE celebrations. I will certainly book with her again in the future.

What a great stay! The bed was comfortable and the morning views out on the patio were incredible. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The hosts were very kind and responsive.

Our stay was fantastic. Eric and Nicole were extremely responsive and great hosts. My wife and I feel like we made two new friends. We were looking for a quiet setting close to town and great restaurants, combined with other activities we had planned. We were not disappointed, old town Nevada city, and other shopping was great. Tyson and Rocky, their two dogs were extremely well-behaved. Rocky stayed to himself while Tyson always greeted us. He liked to jump and play, but never jumped on us. He always made us feel right at home. Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We will definitely use Eric and Nicole’s place again and recommend it highly.

Trish’s place is absolutely adorable, warm and cozy. Walking distance to downtown Grass Valley. Trish went the extra mile for me during my stay. I will definitely be booking again!

We were in town for an important family function and it was perfect for what we needed. Basically a clean safe place to shower, change clothes and sleep. We weren't there much but it fit what we needed.
