Holiday rentals with a patio in Yuba River

This was a very easy place to settle into. Bed is very comfortable, kitchen has all the essentials with plenty of counter space for ease when preparing meals. The cabin is exactly how it looks in the pictures— quiet, peaceful, and private. Host is friendly and willing to accommodate whatever we needed. We visited during May and spring had sprung, so bugs and wildlife were very present, but it is a cabin in the woods, so it’s kinda expected. Our dog felt right at home. We hope to visit again soon! Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

Saturday was pretty noisy. But over all good location, clean.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. The studio was really nice and clean. There was plenty of space and they provided utensils and other things. Our family had a really good time there as it was away from all of the noise of the city.

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Johnson House was very comfortable. There's a nice backyard and a handful of balls and a bocci set. The kitchen, bed, and bath were very functional. It was nice to be able to do laundry,play board games, and watch cable TV. Shevaun is an excellent host!

The place was clean and modern. Christina was very responsive; however, there was no barbecue.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful around the property letting us relax and have quality time with loved ones. We wish we could stay a little longer since we liked it so much. Thank you for hosting us!

I was looking for an inspiring, relaxing and spacious place for my family to stay during our daughter's wedding weekend in Grass Valley. Leah's place was everything I hoped it would be, and easy to enjoy. Leah was great about communications. Five stars all the way.

This place really made our stay beautiful. The morning sunrise views were amazing. The house was clean and cozy. If we are ever back in the area, I know my husband and I would definitely stay here again if it's available.

What a great experience and relaxing location. The home is beautiful, clean, well cared for and stocked with nicer than usual amenities. But the back yard steals the show. Set in amongst the trees is a luxurious home in-ground pool and hot tub with beautiful landscape, pool deck and back patio with table. Just up from town, location can't be beat!

Super cute, clean and would definitely stay again when in town. You can tell the owner cares and that makes all the difference in the world!

We enjoyed our stay in this home over 5 days while visiting family in the area. Great location with easy access to shopping. The neighborhood is great for walking that includes a park a couple blocks away. We will likely try to stay at this home again in the future.
