kocai is a ecological hotel, only 7 rooms inspired by the old Mayan house. the rooms surround our pool of more than 12 meters in diameter and at a depth of 1.40 meters. we have beds and pillows with memory technology, solar water heaters, a waste water treatment system, our rooms are not as many with air conditioning as the composition and materials are kept cool most of the day and throughout the night.

A natural pathway lined with tropical plants leads through a serene outdoor setting. Palms and greenery enhance the peaceful ambiance, with a thatched-roof structure visible in the background, providing rustic charm. A stone wall borders the area, creating a sense of privacy.
