Holiday rentals with a pool in Yucatan

Pictures don’t do this place justice, went during the hottest month and A/Cs cooled the rooms, pool was helpful and clean save for a few leaves but that’s inevitable. Kitchen is fully stocked even with a blender and coffee. Loved my stay here, would stay again!

An incredible place from the first moment. Mike was super flexible with our check-in since we arrived early and allowed us to leave our luggage to take advantage of the day. The place is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, perfectly equipped, and it has absolutely everything you need for a carefree stay. It has no bad points, it has become one of my favorite accommodations!

Wonderful place to stay because the location is perfect for going out

This was a gorgeous house! Beautifully decorated and has everything you needed. The pool was a life saver as it was so hot! I texted the owner because the pool was getting a little dirty (inevitable with trees around and I skimmed everyday) and they sent someone over right away! They were also super flexible with check in and check out. The neighborhood has amazing restaurants- elevated healthy food choices. Can't wait to go back!

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. An hour drive to the beach, cenotes & ruins. It was perfect for a 4 night stay - wish we’d have had more time.

Casa Abuela is a beautiful home and Anthoni helped us have a wonderful vacation. He was responsive and very informative. The locals are friendly and the location/area has a home-like feel. Even though there were insects, it was easy to manage as long as we kept the house clean as instructed. The privacy in the backyard and having a private pool was just the cherry on top. Thank you so much for having us!

What an incredible stay! The house is exactly as described- directly on the sea. Every morning it was calm as glass until 11:30a- could walk 60+ft out to a sandbar. It’s a small beach but you can walk along the coast to collect shells/look at the other beach homes. AC is only wall units in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms- it was warm in the afternoon or when cooking. The upstairs unit couldn’t keep up so we slept downstairs instead. But nothing to worry about. Spending each sunset on the rooftop was our highlight. And the pool when it was windy in the afternoon! Add 2 cholorine tablets daily to keep the water blue. Chelem is a tiny charming town. Chedraui in Merida and Progreso are best for groceries. Try Pescadería Cristo Rey IN Chelem- there is a Cristo Rey in Chuburna but it’s not as good. Plan for takeout- we had the best camarones ceviche and pescado frito. Also book a trip to Isla Los Columpios, ojo de agua, and Playa los Carbonaras! We already want to come back!!

Very good place to stay, always clean

Perfecto. Very pleasant stay.

The place is very nice, clean and functional, A/C in both rooms. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. It is just a few steps from the beach, although I personally did not like that beach because it was very small, the water almost reaches the buildings that are on the shore and that are in ruins. But the tourist area of beaches is 5 minutes away by car. Overall, very satisfied.

Rox has always been attentive since we booked, during and at the departure of the property. Everything is very careful in the apartment as seen in the photos. I highly recommend her apartment. Great attention and amazing place!

This accommodation has everything you need to visit Progreso! It is a sufficient accommodation for 5 people and with amenities that make you spend great vacation days (pool, pickleball court, barbecues...). The whole family had a great time, very comfortable, very fun! In addition, the accommodation is only 2 blocks from the beach (2 minutes walk). Special mention to Kurt, who is always very attentive and kind, as well as Joaquín (his assistant), who is also very kind and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again! Tip for easy location: one street from the INE and two streets from the Scappata hotel.

Luis's place exceeded our expectations! It was well decorated and comfortable with a beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Luis was friendly and helpful too.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.
