We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is faithful to the description and photos; well-equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with a lot of dirty dishes. We were unable to use the outdoor shower and toilet because they were not cleaned... Given the rental price, it is necessary to pay attention to these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

The house is superb. Well designed and equipped with tasteful decoration. The heated pool is great. Communication was friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day.

Perfect stay at Christophe's! Host accessible and responsive to our requests. Beautiful and very pleasant house! We were a group of 8 adults, and everyone enjoyed the setting. A little extra for the rooms, each of which had a shower/washbasin.

We had a great weekend for an EVJF. Everything was perfect! Aurelie is a quality host! Very attentive, responsive and welcoming! The house and I will even say the complex is a gem!! She was unanimous! Thank you so much Aurélie for offering this little gem! We'll be back for sure!!!!

We loved our stay and had a great multigenerational holiday with our children and grandchildren. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the pool, the space, and being just a few mins cycle from the boulangerie and the covered market with fabulous fruit and veg. We hired bikes which were delivered to us and enjoyed cycling to La Flotte, St Martin & Ars en Ré. Take away pizzas from the far end of the village also recommended. Everything was made easy for us by Lionel and Emilie, thank you!

Stella and Phillipe are very kind and helpful hosts. They always try to make sure that you are doing well and that you are not lacking anything. The house is very tastefully decorated and the pool is a dream. We will be happy to come back!!

There were 10 of us and we all really enjoyed the accommodation, we had a lovely weekend! The cottage is very beautiful, with wide open spaces. It feels like it's been carefully renovated. The number of bathrooms allowed us a smooth organization which is much appreciated when there are so many of us. Claire and are husband are very welcoming and accessible. In short, we highly recommend!

Beautiful house, very clean and very well furnished. We were several couples invited to a birthday party in the town. Everyone had their own space, the comfort of the place and its location allowed us all to have a great weekend.

Very nice quiet location in the village of Loix. Beautiful house with all comforts, decorated with great taste. The property is a 5-minute walk from a bike rental shop, so it's perfect for touring the island. I recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay of 5 days at Mathieu's place. The house is in pristine condition and equipped with all the necessities for adults or children! A beautiful outdoor space is available , quiet , not overlooked to relax and enjoy the good weather. The house is ideally located to be able to go to the island of Oleron , as well as to La Rochelle. We were welcomed wonderful well , and were well directed to the activities to do nearby! Everything was perfect, we'll be happy to come back!!! Thank you 😊

Very nice accommodation, well-equipped and exemplary cleanliness. The environment is very quiet. Parking the vehicle on public property and just in front of the rental access, allowing you to easily unload/load luggage. The geographical location of the rental allows easy and quick access to all the famous places in the region. Christine was available and gave good advice throughout our stay.

Very nice little house, close to the beach and shops. The house is clean, spacious and well appointed. there is everything you need for a good stay. the bedding is comfortable. The very cute garden. the location is central to visit nearby towns. Morgane is a discreet but very responsive host.

Brilliant family holiday, accommodation was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. Marina who completes the check-in/checkout is great and very helpful. Will hopefully be back.

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful vacation home! Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and ideally located. We immediately feel at home there. A huge thank you to our host, who was exceptional from start to finish. Very responsive, warm, caring, she did everything to make our stay as good as possible. I recommend this house with my eyes closed and I hope to have the opportunity to return very soon!

Quiet and peaceful location with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is tastefully renovated. A small terrace to enjoy the outdoors... given the weather I could not enjoy the pool but it will be for the next time. I will come back with great pleasure.

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.
