Holiday rentals with beach access in Yves

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

A very nice apartment with a view of the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city center of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

A real favorite! Everything was perfect and the apartment met all our expectations during our stay. Very functional, clean, tastefully decorated and real attention to detail. We felt right at home there. The hosts are lovely, warm and very caring. Thank you for this beautiful interlude, we will definitely come back!

Great Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and many facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thanks for the bike:)). The large car park at Place Carnot is 100m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station.

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

Thank you to Lionel and Aurélie (the concierge) Ideally located accommodation, 250 meters from the sea (a very nice view of the squares). The center of Angoulins is a 5-minute walk with small local shops (butcher's/deli, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar/PMU/tobacconist, etc.) as well as a small fruit and vegetable market, seafood, etc. The accommodation was spacious, quiet, very easy to access... the small outdoor courtyard is very pleasant and not overlooked... Roller shutters, each window has its own shutter, equipped kitchen, washing machine, walk-in shower, etc... Very responsive hosts, thank you for this accommodation that made our stay very pleasant... I highly recommend it. We'll get back to you if the accommodation is available.

One of the few places in Fouras where you can come with your pets ( we had two). Thank you for hosting us with our two small children and two dogs. Availability upon our arrival very appreciated ( information, time...) Very good location between beach and city center. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.

Mathieu welcomed us in person. He was very friendly and his explanations were very clear. The accommodation is very pleasant and especially extremely well located, in the heart of La Rochelle, in the pedestrian streets. In short, everything was perfect.
