It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen diner. The spacious lounge has oak flooring. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Free fibre wi fi. large private terrace and garden. Bed linen is provided. Guests are asked to provide their own towels, unless flying and case space is short.

Inside, a large living room of 50 m2, bathroom with a jaccuzzi 5 people.(0,15€/kwatt cons.) Upstairs, bedroom and mezzanine with views of the living room and pool.
