The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved evenings of rest after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price for the circuit is high, as are all accommodations in the area, because there is a lot of demand. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend, the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We had a lovely stay at Valentin's. The apartment is very good, faithful to the description and well located. Being in the city center, it may be more difficult to park depending on the time, but there are free spaces in the adjacent streets. I would this property.

The apartment was exactly as-advertised, and very conveniently located. We arrived by bicycle, and there was very convenient and secure off-street parking with charging for our bikes. It's just a couple of blocks' walk from the city center and the old town, and a quick bike ride (or direct tram ride) to the Circuit de la Sarthe. We were very happy!

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. I had a great time at Mathilde's apartment. It is a real cocoon combining comfort, practicality and serenity. Bright, spacious and tastefully decorated, it is even more charming in reality than in the photo 😊 It feels really good... like home. The bedding is super comfortable and the linen is good quality.
