Antoine’s apartment was perfect for what we needed whilst visiting Le Mans. The space was clean and spacious, and location ideal with a supermarket and bakery in walking distance.

Very good stay at Thomas's, there is everything you need in the apartment. It's easy to park close to the apartment, despite the ongoing work on the avenue. There is everything you need in shops at the foot of the accommodation and Thomas is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it :)

I had the please of staying at Jean Yves’s listing during my visit to Le Mans. He was waiting for me at the front door when i arrived, very responsive, kind, took his time to explain to me the location and things to do in the area. The listing was wonderful neighbors antique furniture and character, it was so lovely being in the center of the town yet feel like in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of beautiful flowers and trees, where you can hear the sound of birds throughout the day. The balcony was unbelievably beautiful and quiet for a morning coffee or a sunset wind down. It was very quiet throughout the night, exactly what i needed after long day of walking. Jean Yves also went above and beyond to accommodate my check out time since my flight was delayed which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this listing and will definitely return again during my next visit. Thank you 🙏🏻

Apartment located at the foot of the old city in Le Mans and in the city center, large, clean and bright, with character and pretty decorations. The apartment is comfortable and very well-equipped. Caroline is very responsive and accommodating. Dialogue is easy. From this apartment, the whole city center is within walking distance, the tram is also very close. One small problem, parking can be tricky. in the end, a very nice stay. With confidence.

We had a lovely stay. Thomas is a very nice host with fast communication and very helpful and the apartment was clean, very functional, with good light and near the tram, supermarket and bakery.

Jérômes place was perfect for our trip to Le Mans! With it being walking distance from everything and not far from the tram station, it couldn’t be in a better location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back soon!

I spent 13 weeks in Anne-Claire's accommodation. It was a real pleasure! We feel good, it's like home, everything is there! Anne-Claire is accessible, accommodating and welcoming. She worked hard all year to arrange things for us with my dog Nead so that we wouldn't be in trouble. Thank you Anne-Claire for your hospitality once again! I recommend it without any hesitation, and with my eyes closed!

stay up to our expectations, Nelly and her husband were very available, adapting their schedules to ours for breakfast: what a treat to have fresh bread and croissants in the morning!! Accommodation as advertised, nothing was missing, ideally located between the city and the circuit, perfect for events because close to tram lines. a big thank you to our hosts for this welcome and their tips to make our stay perfect.

Accommodation with beautiful amenities. The price is fair. Small touches to make your stay a great one. The only negative point not related to the housing services: the street can be a little noisy.

A very decent stay, perfect place to rest and enjoy the silence, the accommodation is decent for the price, easily accessible with parking space, point to note on the photos it looks like the jacuzzi is small, far from it, it is very large, so a positive point, in addition to that the TV is oriented towards it and towards the bed. The person who manages the accommodation is very professional and asks for feedback and advice to improve the accommodation. Responds fairly quickly with clear instructions in Breff. Very good stay. I would come back! 🫶
