The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

It's a special home, one-of-a-kind that offers beautiful design and comfort. We stayed a number of days with our dog after a hectic time and enjoyed resting in the beautiful and private environment. Very comfortable beds and living area. The town of Nijkerk is lovely with pedestrian areas, restaurants, and train station with 30 minute ride to Utrecht, where we went to explore.

Charming stay, clean bathroom and kitchen. Very close to public transport stops. Had a great stay!

Great property and just as described! We stayed here for 9 days and loved the place. There were so many great places to eat and drink in the surrounding area. When we come back, we will definitely look at this place again. Thank you!!

This place is quirky - just like we expected Fabulous to sit out and chill on the canal - right outside of the property This property is very traditional so do not expect sleek modern finishes in all areas It was an amazing traditional visit

We had four great days in the accommodation (three of us). The location of the accommodation is excellent, in a busy area and yet somewhat secluded, as it is above the harbor basin. The view from the roof terrace is super beautiful in the morning, as well as in the evening. Spacious apartment with space. In the kitchen block, a few things are missing (cutting board, sieve) and there is no real oven, only a large multifunctional device with grill function and microwave. The excursion destinations are super diverse and there is something for everyone (sporting activities on the water and outside), trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht, bike tours, museums... Catherine or the colleagues from the port office are always available during the day if you have any questions. Note: The accommodation can only be reached via an external spiral staircase. Karim was incredibly friendly and responsive. He answered my queries promptly, and his communication was clear and concise. Nestled right by the lake, Karim's appartment offered a spectacular view during sunsets. The interior was just as lovely. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy ambiance that immediately made me feel at home. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy getaway, don't hesitate to book a stay at Karim's place!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and especially thanks to the great host! Already at check-in, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. Our host was consistently personable, incredibly patient and helpful at all times. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity have made our stay truly special. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the time in Reckum to the fullest. We highly recommend the place and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

Felix's apartment was great. We spent four days there and unfortunately had bad luck with the weather. Despite the weather, we had a great relaxing time through the apartment. Felix is super nice and responded very quickly to messages. He personally welcomed us and was very flexible both on arrival and departure. Felix was consistently available and ensured a relaxing short break. Thanks so much Felix :)

The apartment is in a great location, about 10-15 mins walk from the central station, Nieuwmarkt, Rembrandtplein etc. The apartment itself is funky and has lots of art and souvenirs from their travels around the world which makes it interesting and feel like home. There is a great view across the canal and two balconies. The facilities are just as described with everything you need for a few days or more. We were welcomed by the owner’s son who was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for your time in Amsterdam. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place with an extremely good location. The terrace was lovely. Sun and her partner were very good at communicating. We had a problem with the presence of unexpected municipal workers. Sun and her partner dealt with the issue fairly and expeditiously. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a great stay at Luca's place. The apartment is very close to Rotterdam Centraal station, and the city center with all the main attractions is a walk away. The apartment was clean and very spacious, with an amazing balcony view. It's great place to stay for a few days, or even longer since it has all the necessary ammenities. Definitely would visit again.

Really nice apartment, I felt like at home. One of the best Airbnb where I have stayed! You could feel it was the place from someone, it was cozy and the details were well chosen! Looking forward to stay there next time I am going to Amersfoort 🥰. Jan was always very communicative. 10/10

We stayed at Shirley's place in Bussum for just under two weeks, and it was fantastic. The home is exactly as depicted—lovely, cozy, and spread across three floors plus a basement. It's essentially a duplex, but we never heard any noise from the neighboring unit. The kitchen was well-equipped for light evening cooking, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Accessing the home was easy. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Bussum-Zuid NS train station. There's also a 109 bus route nearby. The area has much to explore: a nature preserve to the south with a small café, a shopping district to the northwest, and an Albert Heijn for groceries—indispensable! The neighborhood is quiet, with protected bike lanes and sidewalks. Cars almost always stop for pedestrians and cyclists. You'll see people young and old cycling late at night. It's a very safe area! Shirley is an excellent host—responsive and helpful. This place is a great choice for families, offering a good value.

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

This house is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It truly feels like visiting a close Dutch friend. The neighborhood is stunning—like a fairytale. The streets and houses are full of greenery and charm, a true delight to the eyes. The house is filled with family warmth and clever little touches. It was spotless and perfectly prepared for a comfortable stay. We were truly amazed by the welcome. When we walked in, we found a generous selection of delicious food. Fresh flowers were beautifully arranged around the house. Peter was incredibly friendly, we really appreciate his effort! He was always available, and we’re grateful for such a warm welcome. The garden deserves its own praise—it’s like a scene from a postcard. Sitting there with a cup of tea and enjoying the fresh air was pure joy. The location is excellent. Beautiful, scenic coastline is just a short drive away. Staying in this home was like stepping into a cozy, magical world. We truly hope to return someday! 🫶

In addition, it is an amazing home that is near all the facilities you need to make your vacation a perfect one. Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance as is the supermarket and public transportation is easy accessible. The house was spotless and even better than pictured in listing. The host left us a wonderful welcome present to make us feel at home. In addition the house was stocked with all the necessities. In summary the house is filled with top-notch amenities, has an amazing location and an incredible host to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation. We were in Amersfoort for an extended weekend and were allowed to be guests in the beautiful house of Anne-Sophie and her family. Everything was well prepared and the key handover worked smoothly. The house is cozy and we felt immediately comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Thanks to very good mattresses in all beds, we also slept great. The house is centrally located and is about 500 m from the main train station and about 2 km from the city center and you can reach everything on foot. In any case, I recommend this house and Amersfoort is worth a trip anyway!

A place to stay for sophisticated travelers. The house is modern, hip and yet very cozy and comfortable. The town of Schiedam is the perfect location for traveling all around Holland. The apartment is easily accessible to The Hague, Delft, Rotterdam, Gouda, even Amsterdam. Phenomenal value! Would book again and recommend to friends and family.
