The apartment is wonderful with every amenity you could hope for. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea which is only a few meters away. Maria is an amazing host, very sweet and hospitable and made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and can recommend both Chorto and Maria for anyone that wants to enjoy a peaceful vacation on the Greek seaside.

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

The place was literally spotless. It is right in the heart of the city centre, so that means you can literally just walk anywhere you want. Will definitely be choosing it again in the future.

The reality exceeded the photos we saw. A real gem of Mrs. Anneli's house. Spotless, bright, functional, spacious, quiet had everything we needed. Mrs. Anneli was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, she generously offered us her hospitality in her lovely home and we had a great weekend. Thank you Ms. Anneli, we will visit again!

We had the best stay at Maria & Konstantinos studio. Everything we could have needed was provided including tooth brushes, shampoo, body gel, body lotion and Nespresso pods among others. We enjoyed having an espresso outside on the patio in the mornings. The complimentary wine and crochet greek eye was appreciated too! We really appreciated Maria’s quick responses, as well as restaurant and activity recommendations. We would highly recommend doing a boat tour to Lalaria Beach and Skopelos and another day to Tsourgia island - absolutely stunning views with the bluest water and vibrant greenery. You can take a water taxi to Tsourgia at the port. Koukanaries beach is also a must! Our check out went especially smooth as well as Maria helped set up a taxi for us to the airport. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore the northern beaches of the island, but we hope to return again one day. If this suite is still available we would highly recommend booking. A lovely rustic old fashioned, but well equipped third floor apartment in a residential area. Looked as shown in photos. Fantastic views from balcony with afternoon sun to sit and enjoy. Clean and tidy with a lovely welcome pack. Really easy to check in, above the family bakery shop - so any problems, someone close by on hand. On the outskirts of town, 15 minutes walk to No 4 bus stop, supermarket and fruit shop. Mini Mart 2 mins away, Skiathos town and old port 5 mins away. A bit of a walk up hill to return so you need to have a degree of fitness, plus it is up two flights of stairs. But then if it wasn't you wouldn't get the views. We will definitely be returning.

Brilliant stay and hosts were super responsive. The quality of the place is top-notch, very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay feel quite luxurious. The absolute highlight was the view – waking up to panoramic scenery each morning was truly breathtaking. Having a glass of wine or coffee whilst sitting on one of the two balconies watching the world go by and soaking up the views made the trip. Only downside to being on top of the bar and being in the centre of the hustle and bustle it can be noisy, but the windows do a great job of cutting down the noise but there’s still the humdrum of music in the background until the early hours of the morning, so light sleepers might want to pack some earplugs - with just this little noise preparation in mind it’s a perfect place to stay.

Very convenient you go on foot everywhere As far as the hot water is concerned because I saw it that some people had a problem .. it's just upside down the faucets hahah .. in the blue is the hot one

We had a great stay! Alexandros was super friendly, always easily accessible and gave us great tips for activities. The apartment has a great terrace and in the low season it is wonderfully quiet here. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful, relaxing 14 days. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing and nothing was missing. A quad is highly recommended. Lisa and Martin are very caring and lovable! If you like hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. We will be happy to come back!!!

Rania is a super host , she met up with us on arrival and showed us to the apartment which otherwise would be hard to find as it is tucked away in a lovely quiet location, ideal for us as . Car or motorcycle is considered essential . The apartment has a comfortable bed and everything you need for a week or two. When we asked for extra pillows for the bed they were provided . Cleaning and bed sheets were changed every other day which was excellent service. Upon our request we were allowed a later check - out in the afternoon which made the travel arrangements smooth . I would highly recommend this apartment .

Great central apartment. Fridge stocked with wine and water as well as milk and butter. Snacks also provided. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

A beautiful apartment, located in an area that looks like a painting, walk 3 minutes on foot and you reach a stunning beach with cool bars and a good atmosphere. The apartment itself is equipped and luxurious and is located in a wonderful orchard!! We enjoyed the place very much

Stathis and his wife Viktoria are hosts from the heart! This is noticeable in many details such as cakes, water and fruits that were available on arrival, as well as daily conversations with tips for the area and a shared walk. I really appreciated the stay and the hospitality! The room itself is well equipped, has no unnecessary stuff and actually corresponds exactly to the description. Very recommendable!

Nice, cute and clean accomodation with an excellent location. It is about 5-10 min to walk into the city centre and 2 min to the next bus stop from where you can reach most parts of the island. If you want a superb view over the ocean or something like that you have to go somewhere else, but for a short stay to explore the island it is perfect.

Everything was spotless, clean, and tidy.

Great, private and peaceful place, awesome sunrises for the early risers. Very close to Volos and other nearby towns with lots of restaurants right on the beaches. You'll definitely get your steps in going to the Rooftop but it's in the name, so be prepared! We enjoyed the extra steps. Our only complaint was the hot tub not getting as hot as we would like. However, we enjoyed lots of activities, I actually proposed right across the street at a very nice beach-front restaurant, and we had some great relaxation out on the private patio. Would stay here again!

We we were three and stayed 6 nights. The place is very nice, spacious and well equipped. We strongly recommend it.
