Equipped kitchen (coffee maker,stove, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher) with dining table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer and hairdryer. The apartment is located in a residential building, on the second floor. About 15 minutes walk to the center of Varaždin.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the central Zagreb district of Donji grad (Lower Town), just a 15 minute walk from the main tourist hub, where most attractions are. The south-facing main room features large windows that let in plenty of sunlight and offer a pleasant view of the quiet street with trees. The place is owned by a famous Croatian illustrator, so you can enjoy his artwork throughout the space.

There is a free WiFi, bedroom with ensuite bathrom, washing machine and walk-in wardrobe as well as lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes dryer in the common space . Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.
