Beachfront holiday rental in Zakinthos

very nice place with what you need. Chris is very responsive and helps you with what you need the terrace is wonderfull and there's lot of shadow during the day. also beautifil sunset from terrace very clean appartment comfortable beds, rooms big enough the kitchine has what you need for cooking something fast there is a bbq which we used it several times - very useful there's a pool with free acces the beach is 2' away you have all you need nearby - supermarket, lots of taverns, rent a car

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

Lovely flat within walking distance of a stunning beach.. neighbours are friendly and you are out of the town so it’s quiet.. Close to other beautiful beaches and restaurants.. would benefit from a smart tv for the evenings Would stay again

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We stayed at Klelia Cottage 7 nights and it was perfect. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was big and clean, looked exactly like the pictures, it was cleaned every day (like in a hotel), we got fresh towels and bed linen after 4 days. Beautiful small private beach is only 2mins walk from the apartment, the village is small and quiet - perfect if you rent a car/quad to explore the island and want to sleep at a quiet place. We would definitely recommend Klelia Cottage for your next vacation!

Very nice place, exactly like the photos. Great view from the balcony. Only thing is that some plates and utensils were a little dirty. Overall, Nikos was very helpful and even helped us rent a car. I recommend.

Diana welcomed us and was consistently available and very responsive. Very good location (walks around the house), good restaurants around, however, a vehicle is required to get around the island. Very nice private pool and cleaned daily, outdoor at the top, ideal for children. However, the materials inside the house are outdated and need a refresh. This would give a real plus to the accommodation! Thank you Diana, I recommend this accommodation

The premises was perfect for 4 adults. Bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Kitchen was spacious with all amenities. Property area including pool facilities beautiful and well maintained. View from balcony spectacular. Dionysis was friendly and responsive. Located to city and beaches was perfect. Definitely would consider it again.

We had a brilliant stay at the Tasos Villas bungalow. The place & pool area were stunning, exactly like the photos & although close to both beach and Kalamaki centre, it was peaceful and private. We could only book 5 days here of our week in Zakynthos due to an existing booking, so were moving on for the last two nights, but we didn’t want to leave & could have stayed much longer. The welcome pack really was very welcome as we hadn’t had chance to shop & were not hiring a car until the last few days. The hosts had thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped but big supermarkets are close to the airport (Lidl) & Zakynthos town (mymarket) so if you want to take advantage of the awesome gas BBQ & outdoor dining area you definitely need to drive to one of these to get proper evening meal supplies, as we found the local shops in Kalamaki are not stocked for this, so we ate out every night. Maria and her family are the greatest host we have ever seen! Their hospitality is top notch. They have prepared food and drinks upon our arrival made us felt super welcome. Even in the middle of our stay, they sent two more wines for us without actually interrupting the space. Not to mention, their home was absolutely beautiful!! It looked exactly like the pictures, the sunset, the pool and the sea, everything was stunning. It was very clean and amenities were very sufficient. The location was amazing as well, plenty of restaurants around and the area was quiet and peaceful. There are too many good things happened, let’s just say we are missing them already. Highly recommended!!!

i was able to spend a quality week in this accommodation as described. we had rented a car and it is possible to park on site. if some guides indicate that it is possible to get around on foot or by bus, we recommend having a vehicle. it is possible to rent it within 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. we will be happy to come back.

Lefteris is very nice and helpful, apartment just 10 minutes from Laganas/€15 taxi for 4 people (party area), I highly recommend this place. A few steps away you can find excellent restaurants and very equipped Minimarkets. The swimming pool is large and kept constantly clean and tidy. From the same landlord you can rent boats with and without Skipper at a low price. If I go back to Zakynthos, I will definitely choose this apartment!

We were attending a wedding at The Balcony Hotel so this villla was perfect as it's no more than a 30 second walk! Myreen was so attentive, arranging airport transfers and accommodating a slightly later check out for us before we arrived. We were picked up by a friendly driver at the airport who took us safely to the villa. The villa was easy to access and felt homely as soon as we walked in. Lovely furnishings and greek styling throughout. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd been left several bottles of water, eggs, fruit juice, milk, fruit all of which was handy. We were able to make ourselves breakfast without having to rush out to the local shop the next morning. It's a short walk to the beach, nearest shop and only a little further to some excellent restaurants. The pool area is lovely and a perfect place for a refreshing dip. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and admire the sea views! Highly recommended a stay here!

I really enjoyed this place. The landlords were so super nice and helpful. It was also no problem at all that I got a visit at short notice. The apartment was also cleaned and you received a really great welcome package at the beginning. I felt very comfortable throughout and enjoyed the stay very much.

The apartment is very new and modern. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. The communication with the host was excellent.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

Katerina and her brother Antonis were very friendly and helpful. Katerina even offered us to be allowed to enter the accommodation earlier without us having to ask. The value for money was also great. We personally did not find the beach in front of the door quite as beautiful, but very beautiful beaches nearby were great to reach. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! :)

Staying at Marios' was great. You have 2 terraces where you can stay. From both you can look directly at the sea. Just steps from the house is direct access to a small pebble beach, where we never met a soul. Within walking distance you will find very good restaurants and shopping facilities are also easily accessible on foot. Downstairs in the house lives an elderly couple and Sofia. If there were problems, there was always someone there to help right away. Our car didn't start one morning, so they even drove us to our appointment at the harbor. Thanks again for that! We were completely satisfied and would come back any time.

We had a wonderful stay! You have so much privacy, just nature and the sea. We recovered so well and enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace and even from the bed. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes you can reach some taverns/restaurants by car. The private access to the sea is perfect and the water is wonderfully clear. It was a super relaxing stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

We had the best time staying with Dimitris & his family. Everyone is so warm and helpful, Dimitris has the best tips and the home far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and well-equipped apartment, top location and even daily service! Our personal highlight was the sugar sweet cats that we have taken to heart:) There was nothing wrong with us. If we come back to Zakynthos, we'll come here!
