Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Zakinthos

We had a great time in the small but beautiful Exo Chora! The front yard offers lots of great seating and the bed is cozy. Georgia was very helpful and tried to make our stay as good as possible! :)

The house is well situated in the center of a quiet village, ideal to explore not only the stunning west coast but the whole island. An authentic stone house with high ceiling and lovely big terrace. There are a couple of very good tavernas, a bakery and a store in a walking distance. Panagiotis is a great host - very friendly, thoughtful, fast responding (we booked on the go hours before arriving). He even brought fresh flowers for decoration. We could have easily stayed for longer if we weren't heading to Kefalonia.

My friend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not downhill. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. He was friendly, warm and open. We also fell in love with the cats that visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival, we were immediately enthusiastically and kindly welcomed. How the house is described in the listing, that's what it looked like in person! Clean, spacious and met all wishes! Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described - luxurious, and spacious. The owner was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or needs, making the experience even smoother. Highly recommend :)

Dear Leticia and Spiros! We really didn’t want to go home! Their hospitality was outstanding, they were the best hosts we could find!!! Spiros even brought us apple pie, homemade, best we’ve ever had! We loved the quiet atmosphere, the house is completely remote and surrounded by olive trees. Our daughter loved the cats that are in the area, they all had names in the end :-) They waited for us at the church in the middle of the village and brought us to the house. We had snacks and water and wine from them. They showed us around, made sure we got everything we need. It was just perfect. We had the best holiday there! These people just deserve the 5 star rating! See you soon Leticia and Spiros. We will come back soon!

INCREDIBLE STAY! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The studio was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with delicious home-cooked local food and fresh eggs straight from their farm (honestly, the best eggs we’ve ever had!). We also did a boat tour with our host and later took the boat out on our own—highly recommend exploring the area by boat, it was such a highlight of our trip. The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet still really convenient for getting around. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

An amazing Villa with amazing views. The inside was beautiful and well equipped like staying in a 5 star hotel. Also in walking distance to a beautiful swim spot and Windmill restaurant. Sitting in the pool watching the sun go down each night made our trip.

We were able to enjoy 8 days of this wonderful stay at the end of May. What a fantastic place! We thought this was the nicest place on the island. It is quiet and not mega touristy. We had rented a car so that we could easily get everywhere and so we could also seek out the crowds if we felt like it. You can walk to the village if you feel like a brisk walk. Also, Pavlos, the host, is very helpful and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Very friendly man and has a lot of knowledge about the island and nice tips about beautiful places and good restaurants that he likes to share with you. Definitely recommended! Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

A truly fantastic stay! Staying at The Tower in Vasilikos was an unforgettable experience. The Tower itself is full of character and charm, with beautiful views. Waking up to the view of the olive trees and the sea in the distance from the bedroom balcony was a highlight of our trip. The space is clean, peaceful, and uniquely designed, striking a perfect balance between rustic and comfortable. Valory and Vassilis left us some helpful local tips and ensured we were well informed before we arrived about check in and all of the features of the house. The location is fantastic - near some beautiful beaches (St Nicholas beach was a highlight for us) and great amenities. One of the highlights for our family was the pool – our children absolutely loved it! It was the perfect place for them to cool off, play, and enjoy the sunshine. If you're looking for a serene family friendly getaway in Zakynthos, The Tower is a rare gem. We left feeling relaxed, rested and not wanting to return home!

John was very welcoming and responsive. He gave us a list of nearby activities upon arrival. The place was spotless, with all the amenities you need inside. They also came to clean in the middle of our stay, which lasted only 5 nights.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Harry’s. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Although we could’ve just stayed at the pool and enjoyed the views, the location was perfectly in the middle of all our planned activities. Harry was great with recommendations and so helpful! Hopefully we will be back<3

Great place Perfect people

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary and babymoon at the Windmill! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful and the place was impeccable and so thoughtfully restored from an active windmill into a lovely place to stay with beautiful 360 sunrise and nighttime views. Worth noting that a rental car was helpful for taking full advantage of the area and island, and that the bedroom is on the third floor while the bathroom is on the first floor so that's good to be aware of when booking! The outdoor kitchen was so special and had everything we needed to make lovely breakfasts and lunches in the space and we adventured out to some recommended restaurants for dinner. Gorgeous natural flowers everywhere and very romantic! Even better than the photos. We'd particularly recommend sunset dinner at the Porto Schiza restaurant and visiting Elies for olive oil tasting!

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

We would like to warmly thank our host for their welcome and availability throughout our stay. The little personalized touches of our arrival. This really increased the quality of our stay. Yoma is outstanding- amazing host, great facilities and unbelievable views.

I also chose this place for the great reviews. I was extremely satisfied because they were absolutely true, there was nothing that disappointed me, on the contrary... Everything has already been written in the previous reviews... Very clean house with everything you need, outdoor and indoor patio (with very comfortable outdoor shower) super relaxing. But the added value is the DELICIOUS people who also delighted us with culinary delights. I would add that the location for us was optimal, very close to our favorite beach Xigia Pelagaki, not far from Zakynthos Town and a few minutes from Alikes which offers the choice of many restaurants and services. From there we easily reached Porto Vromi where we rented a boat to see Shipwreck Beach. Super recommended, my family and I left our hearts there.

Gianni’s place is well worth the stay, you have everything you need if you prefer an apartment instead of hotel, we found the place very clean and smelling very nice. We have a 1 year and 4 months old girl and she felt right at home when we arrived (sorry if we left any damage, we did our best to keep her away from everything breakable). The place is right by the city center with plenty restaurants and shops around. Giannis and especially his mother are the sweetest and kindest people I’ve met through Airbnb! Thank you for everything! One problem is the parking, you can park free anywhere on the street but there is the risk of finding the car with scratches as the island has small streets and the traffic is heavy.
