Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Zakinthos

First of all a big thank to Martha who hosted us with great professionalism and kindness at the same time. She helped us even for a force major issue solving a technical problem instantly. The place is a great and exclusive location. We will surely recommend.

Perfect!!! - Olga's accommodation was as described, even more beautiful on Site. Everything was clean and the accommodation very well equipped. Olga and her family gave us a very warm welcome, always responded super quickly to messages and inquiries, and were very helpful. Also we always had our privacy at the accommodation. The outdoor area with the pool and the available seating areas is particularly beautiful and ideal for barbecues. We really can recommend Olga's accommodation to everyone!! Also the location is perfect and much quieter than in Lagana Town, where the party is. The town is easily accessible, and the many other beautiful places on the island can be easily reached, for example, by rental car. We would like to thank Olga very much for the wonderful time we had, the refreshing dips in the pool, and the fantastic hospitality. We have never experienced this kind of hospitality in any other Airbnb - Thank you!!

We had a great stay. It’s a nice apartment with an amazing view in a very quiet area while being close to the more tourist area (by car as its high on a hill). The hottub is a very nice extra. You do need to like cats and dogs as both the upstairs neighbours and the neighbours next door, have a dog and a lot of cats are walking around. We would recommend this place

A beautiful house where we felt completely at home! Marilena's parents live next door and were incredibly sweet and brought some goodies every day <3 The hot tub is also great! There are not many amenities nearby, but with a car, it is a nice base. There is a lot of commotion in the neighborhood: many dogs and chickens live in the area, who also like to chat at night, and a lot of work is done on the land from early in the morning, for us this was not a problem! If we go to Zakynthos again, we will definitely visit Marilena again!

Wonderful location for Zakinthos city

Adriana has a fantastic Villa. Modern and well looked after. Comes fully equipped with everything you'd need if self catering. Adriana kindly filled the fridge with goodies for us too. Downstairs, there is a Large living room, table and kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and two big patio areas back and front and a hot tub upstairs two big bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. great for watching the sun set. Located just outside Tsivili, a 10/15 min gentle downhill walk to the main street of bars and restraunts or beach. We had a great holiday and would recommend this as a great base to explore the island

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

This is luxury at its best. From the moment we arrived at this villa we were blown away by the impeccable cleanliness and beauty of this place. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This villa has the most spectacular sea views, you need to see it to believe it, absolutely breathtaking. The villa itself has been decorated so perfectly, the attention to detail is something else. Everything you need has been provided, from extra towels and linen to a fully stocked kitchen. Oh and I forgot to mention the jacuzzi surrounded by the beautiful garden. This place is heaven. We have found our new home in Zakynthos now, thank you Mandy and Dionisis for creating such a paradise.

The place has truly spectacular views and the host was responsive and extremely helpful when we encountered an unexpected problem that had nothing to do with the property. Thank you for that! The only other comment is that it is a slight trek off the beaten track for the last leg to get to the property. This adds to the peace and quite.

We were a group of 17 on a stag do and the place was perfect for this. Location was perfect, a 5 minute taxi to the strip (local taxis were great, basically a small party bus) and the local shop is walkable in about 5-10 mins. The pool area was just as described and photographed, it couldn’t be better for what we were looking for. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you are a large group, it has everything you will need to have both a fun and relaxing time.

The Blue View Villa was amazing. The place is perfection, beautiful location and stunning view. The Villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is set in a beautiful and peaceful area with beaches and restaurants within walking distance. From the moment we arrived Dimitris was so helpful and he ensured that we had everything we needed even with a few snacks and drinks provided so we could relax after our journey. The villa has a washing machine so we didn’t need to bring as many clothes as we had. The beds were really comfortable and the added blackout shutters meant for a really good night sleep. Everything is kept exceptionally clean with fresh bed linen and towels provided every 3 days or as and when you require. We were honestly and truly impressed with this villa and are already looking at booking again for next year.

My stay at Luxury Villa Mon II in Vassilikos was truly exceptional. The villa is beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and located in a peaceful, private area close to the beach. The highlight, however, was the remarkable hospitality. The owners were incredibly attentive—they even took me grocery shopping and regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect. The outdoor area, with its private pool and serene surroundings, made for a relaxing retreat, while the interior offered all the modern comforts one could need. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Zakynthos.

Very good hosts, responded very quickly and house was very top!!

Our stay at Sueño was one of the most wonderful experiences we’ve ever had. Daniela was so amazingly wonderful, she was even waiting for us at the door upon our arrival. The home is so beautiful and the location will literally take your breath away. The home was spotlessly clean and a maid service arrived every day of our stay! The refrigerator was stocked with all the essentials and way more! Eggs, wine, breads and snack. They even refilled the espresso pods each day. I have never experienced such a level of care and luxury, even at a five star hotel. Not only will we be back as soon as possible, but I will never stay anywhere else in Zakynthos. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and we were so very sad to leave!

Dionysis was an incredible host with his flexible check in time and always being on hand via the Airbnb app to offer suggestions and information. The villa is in a beautiful location situated on top of a hill overlooking the town of Zakynthos and the bay. There are a number of smaller restaurants and bars inside the village of Bocheli which offer a great low-energy answer to food and drink. But, after a twenty minute walk down the hill and into the town, you have access to the whole of Zakynthos town and it's hospitality sector. The hot-tub was maintained by an unintrusive technician every two days and the entire villa was professionally cleaned in the same interval. If you decide to stay here, you'll be very impressed by the views and the amenities on hand. Just be aware of the stray cats and dogs as they will open your bin-bags if you leave them out overnight! I will definitely be considering this villa again for any future trips to the island!

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.
