Newly built, spacious & bright STUDIO vacation apartment on the first floor of a vacation house in Siofok, 400 m from free public beach at Lake Balaton. King size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a walk in shower, 2 toilets. In the room there is a sofa bed, that can function as a bed for a 3rd person. There is a lovely balcony with garden furniture. There is free wifi, parking. Jacuzzi is on 2nd floor, it is shared with other guests, playground in the backyard.

A rooftop terrace features an infinity pool with a clear view of the landscape. Surrounding glass panels ensure safety and an unobstructed view. The modern architecture is complemented by marble finishes, highlighting luxurious outdoor living.
