The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Our guesthouse in Balatonszéplak, a 2-minute walk from the beach, has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 4–12 people. Each room has a queen-size bed, and there are 3 sofa beds in the common areas. There is space for 4 cars in the enclosed courtyard, and an additional 2 cars can park in front of the house. The accommodation also includes 2 bicycles for free use, a large garden grill, a garden shower, and sun loungers. Our property is pet-friendly—you can bring your little furry friend along. The house's large, covered terrace can accommodate a group of up to 12 people.

Domeglamping is a unique dome house in Hungary. You can have a pleasant time by a private fishing lake. Peace and quiet await those who come to glamping. You can fish, enjoy the sounds of many different birds, or listen to the deer's bellowing. We made this special place to stay with great care. There are great hiking spots nearby. But if someone wants the bustle of the city, Siófok, the seaside resort town of Lake Balaton, is nearby, where there are many entertainment and shopping opportunities.

Country House at Balaton - An Island of Peace

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

Mulberry Tree Cottage

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Green Botanic • Spacious Stay • 50m from Balaton

Two bedrooms, a sun-soaked private terrace, and 50 metres to Lake Balaton on Siófok's Silver Shore — this is summer the way it should be! Lazy breakfasts outside, afternoon swims, evening wine on the terrace. The perfect base for 2-5 adults on the southern shore. The villa garden is also home to my naturopathy practice, so if you feel like it, you can complement your stay with a relaxing treatment. 🌿

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
