Andrea and his family are very helpful and the communication was very good! The facility is simple, but functional and quite in accordance with the description and pictures. The location and the view are truly exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful short break. Therefore 5 stars 🌟

Maria was such an amazing host. She was always quick to answer any questions about and also gave us many recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The apartment was AMAZING! The back area has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset at night and the private stairs were very convenient t to get beaches. The location was great as it was in a quiet area, yet a short walk to the main area with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place!

The view is really beautiful from the nice garden. It is blissful to bbq'and while you enjoy the sunset. Everything is available in the house. The welcome is warm and the communication with Aurelia and Antonio went smoothly despite the language barrier.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful Tropea apartment. The balcony view was like a dream — watching the sunset each evening with our kids was unforgettable. Its location was perfect, just off Corso Vittorio Emanuele with plenty of dining options, and steps away from the beach and port. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Very nice house with magnificent garden in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the sea, Stromboli, the Aeolian Islands and Sicily (with Etna) and spectacular sunsets. Although the house is a true haven of peace due to its location, you can reach all the highlights of the area the places, coves and beaches of Capo Vaticano, the Costa degli Dei with Tropea in a short time. I particularly liked the really very good amenities, which also makes longer stays (5 weeks) very pleasant and Eleonora is a very nice and helpful host who responds very quickly if you need additional support. Another note for drivers of electric cars: the AC shop in the immediate area (San Domenica, Tropea) and the coast up to Pizzo is very easy and for longer excursions in all directions such as Catanzaro, Crotone, Badolato, Gerace, Scilla, Pentedattilo you will always find some fast chargers along the way.

Adriano's apartment is already overwhelmed by its location: views of the isola madre from the bedroom, beautiful terrace overlooking the end of the two beaches, beautiful sunsets...Sometimes we had to tear ourselves away to go to the town or to the beach. In the apartment we had everything we needed. Adriano was super nice: since our train was delayed, he picked us up directly at the station and carried me down the heavy suitcase to the apartment. Otherwise, I received an immediate response if I had any questions and he booked the taxi for us. We highly recommend the apartment and Adriano's kindness!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

My friend and I arrived by train, and Vittoria picked us up in the car and took us straight to the house. The house matched Vittoria's descriptions and we had a great time. Vittoria is very kind and helpful, she welcomed us in a friendly way and was always available for anything. He also gave us various tips on where and what to visit and even advised us to rent a scooter for getting around, as the area is quite hilly and not flat. We were close to the sea and the beaches were just a short scooter ride away. Impeccable view from the house, you are surrounded by nature. There is also a swimming pool and a bar. It was really fantastic, Vittoria really welcomed us as if we were at home. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Ricadi.

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

The apartment is perfect for a vacation! - and the terrace is the best place for evening conversations! The view is amazing! The area is quiet, everything is close! This apartment has the most fantastic view over the marina on a setback top floor of an apartment block. Sitting out having breakfast, whilst looking over the boats made a truly special start to the day and it was always a great place to come back to and relax in the evening. The photos show how lovely it is although I think the bedroom was nicer than the photos show. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the relative peace and quiet thanks to the apartment being on the top floor, set back with a lovely outside space for eating and relaxing. Vibo Marina was a nice little town. Although more modern than many towns in the area, it had a few good down to earth places to eat and far exceeded our expectations. A small beach is a very short walk and the stroll into the town is only a little longer. Thank you for renting your beautiful apartment to us. We really enjoyed staying there and recommend it to any couple wishing to stay in a town, but still be able to have some peace and privacy.

If you are considering this property, look no further! We were so comfortable, wonderful kitchen, spacious living room with a view that must be one of the best in Tropea! The apartment is flooded with light! Alexei provided snacks, milk, yogurt, prosecco, fruit, simple breakfast pastries, juice, water, everything you need to start a wonderful relaxing trip to Tropea! The town is absolutely beautiful, with endless cafes and shops. The beach is very close and one of the most beautiful I’ve seen in all my travels! We’re already dreaming of a return to Tropea, and when we do, this property will be our first choice!

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for two days. We had a great time, very clean apartment, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, large bathroom, iron). Apartment not very large but with an excellent terrace, well-equipped kitchen area and equipped with everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Very convenient parking and the sea is just a stone's throw away. Great experience.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!
