It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses. It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to dad and mom and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit out.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
